Beachfront Apartment -Isla Verde- Carolina Coral Beach Apts

My stay was amazing. I was there for a week & never once did I ever feel unsafe. It’s the perfect area to get around, you’re no more than 20 minutes away from places. The apartment was very clean & the view? AMAZING!

Great place to stay

We had an amazing experience! The condo was exactly as advertised. It was small, but had everything we needed. We were literally only there to sleep. Our host checked in with us every couple days but we never needed anything! It was lovely having a grocery store within walking distance and the pharmacy across the street for quick items. I will say I NEVER felt unsafe and we were out late, but there were police sirens until 2:00-3:00am on the weekend and past 1:00am every other night so bring earplugs if that will bother you.

Great location on a beautiful beach with plenty of food and drinks near by. Big pool area, outdoor showers, 24/7 security, gated with a key fob to unlock, it was perfect and I felt safe. The view from our balcony was cool, city and mountains on one side and the beach and ocean on the other. Will, the host, was absolutely amazing!! He was extremely accommodating, consistent communication, great recommendations, he truly cared about our experience and wanted us to have the best time possible. I highly recommend!!

It was a great property it had everything we needed for our stay I would recommend it to anyone looking for a studio apt and also very convenient lots of food options

Where can I begin with how amazing of a spot and host, this place is. I would recommend to any one or stay myself when I visit again. The location is great, the place was super clean and inviting. The house keeper does an amazing job. My host responded when needed and was more than accommodating. The property staff were super helpful and friendly. Just an amazing vacation place and I didn’t realize how much r&r I actually needed until the tranquility of the place and views from it set in.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Will was extremely nice, friendly, and super helpful. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was great as well, walking distance from restaurants, casinos, cvs and more. We even walked around at night without any problems. The hotel itself had very strict rules against who entered which in itself made us feel secure. My favorite part about the condo was that it was right in front of the beach! Not even 2 minutes walking distance. Will checked up on us to make sure we were good and also provided great recommendations for our stay. I would give this stay a 10 star rating if I could! Thanks for a wonderful experience! Looking forward to staying here again!  

The apartment was as listed. Great access to the beach. Host was very accommodating and offered us a refund when the whole area experienced a water main issue. He was amazing to communicate with and kept us updated on the water situation. We will definitely be back. The area had everything we needed within walking distance, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach.

We had an amazing time. The condo was wonderful! William Ortiz was very responsive. We loved having beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. He even had 100 SPF and a variety of sunscreens to use. The balcony has a beautiful view of the pool and beach. It is nicely shaded in the morning. We loved sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee and admiring the view. On New Years Eve, the city did fireworks and we could see them from the balcony. It was absolutely wonderful. Loved our VRBO stay and host. Can't wait to come back!

Super clean. Fantastic views. Decorated beautifully. Beach access. Restaurants close by. Couldn't ask for anything more.

This place was as expected. Comfortable for myself, wife and son. My son is disabled , uses a wheelchair and based on past trips to PR, this seemed to fit. Location, parking, elevator, pool and easy access to the beach. On site laundry on the first floor. The host was very proactive and responsive. Apparently, Islaveverde is also the party spot along the main street but the rental was nice and quiet. Amazing view, we will be back.

Graduation of my grandson and vacation mode! It was a good property but the building it self was difficult to navigate and need better signs to the pool.Overall it was great!

So close to the beach. Swimming pool clean & accessable. No loud rowdy parties. Close to restaurants, & grocery shopping. I would definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful and William was a great host! The apartment is on the smaller size but included a large sofa bed that was perfect for our group of 3. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location near restaurants and stores and fast food spots. It was clean, easy check-in and checkout. The host was great checked in to make sure everything was good and we were enjoying our stay. Definitely will be back!

Location you can't beat. We ate in our balcony morning and night enjoying the ocean.Clean, simple, William was amazing to communicate!

Stayed at Coral Beach Plaza. Great location. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Beach access behind building. Beach chairs and towels supplied by owner.

Everything was great. Very convenient location. Very safe & easily accessible to beach, local fast food & stores.

William was a great host - very responsive to questions before and during my stay. He also called to check in to make sure everything was going well. Great location with many restaurants, short rides to San Juan and La Placita. Beach is literally out the back door. Small place for one or two people comfortably. Would definitely recommend. Secure building was a plus as I traveled solo to meet with friends staying nearby.
