Beach Front, Corner Unit Condominium on the 6th Floor. Incredible Beach View!

Great ocean view and very clean condo. Little bit of a jaunt to the beach because of the location on the backside of the building on the 6th floor. Overall outstanding!

Clean, great location, easy check in, safe gates entrance, private drive off of 98 where everything is located for destin area, condo is the perfect size for 5 people, easy access to the entire complex if in a wheelchair or scooter… worth the price!

Our stay was really great, the condo is very nice and location on Gulf Shore Dr was super nice! The primary bathroom is a little tight and the door won’t stay open due to the towel rack behind it which was a little frustrating dealing with every day.

Communication was fantastic. Listing was very accurate to actual property. After one day we decided we wanted to stay here again (we have never stayed somewhere more than once). The beach was beautiful! Beach chair service was a nice touch. Unit was clean. Condo front desk was very helpful and friendly. Nice location near everything. Very family oriented. Would highly recommnend.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the apartment was very well kept and spotless. The view was absolutely breathtaking — we enjoyed it every single day. The only thing that would have made it even more ideal for our family would have been having an in-unit washer and dryer, rather than the shared laundry area on each floor. That said, the laundry room was spacious enough to accommodate everyone on the floor, so it still worked out well for us. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely come back!

Condo was very comfortable, and relaxing. The view of the beach is amazing and wonderful to wake up to. Easy beach access, and the kids loved the tennis court. Highly recommend spending your vacation here.

Great location and beautiful view! Windows and mirrors streaky and windows were very dirty. Drain was slow in master bath but manageable. Needs updates in both bathrooms. Beds were comfortable but furniture in living room not so much.

Great condo on a pristine beach. My teenage kids and I really enjoyed our time, especially the beach and there was plenty to do. Definitely worth coming back again!

The view from the balcony did not disappoint! It was so close; it was almost like being on the beach. I could hear the waves - even from the main bedroom. The patio only had 2 chairs, insufficient when you have 6 guests. Also, it does not sleep 6 people as the new couch does not fold out into a bed. An extra twin in the 2nd bedroom was not used by a young couple on vacation. Having a beach setup everyday was very nice. We did not realize there is an outside closet that has all kinds of beach gear until we had already purchased chairs and an umbrella. This should be clearer in the description. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Being older, I loved enjoying the beach mostly on the balcony - even watching my son and family playing on the beach.

Inadequate window covering in guest bedroom and bed blocked bathroom door, bathrooms need updated, dresser drawers in master bedroom fall out and our dangerous.

The view is priceless...
