Stayed Jul 31, 2021After reading the reviews I still gave this property a chance. That was my fault. Very outdated and poorly kept. Not clean. Only sleepable beds was the kids bunkbed in hallway. Multiple outlets did not work. Dryer did not work. That was also a big selling point for me. With this unit your paying for the view and the view only. For the price it should be way way better. Paid for Hilton and got run down motel. Couch and gross amd dirty. Pullout bed unsleepable as you could feel bars. Remotes for tvs did not work. Only changed channels. I could go on and on. Like I stated I gave it a shot after the reviews I seen. I like to give things the benefit out doubt. But this unit greatly failed. If your looking to pay for view and swimming access this your unit. But if you want more stay away from this unit.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024My husband haven’t been on beach trip in years. This was perfect place for us! Enjoyed our trip tremendously! Only complaint was Crystal Villas charging us for beach chairs for 4 days when we only utilized them for 2 days. The chairs are set out from 9am-5pm. Check-in 4pm/ check-out 10am. Also claiming a chair setup, it’s first come first serve basis- not reserved to your condo. Crystal Villas, need to rethink this mandatory charge regardless if peak or off season.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024We had a wonderful time and absolutely love the location. We will definitely be back to this location. Our only complaint was that beds not being comfortable at all. Everything else was absolutely perfect but my 17 year old slept on the couch and my 15 year old made a bed on the floor. My husband’s had multiple back surgeries so he didn’t sleep well in the master bed. Everything was perfect except for the mattresses were horribly uncomfortable. The location was perfect for beach lovers. The kitchen was perfect for cooking small meals in. We spent and evening at the pool right outside the door and it was a nice evening. We absolutely loved our trip just wish we could have slept better while on vacation.

Stayed Apr 13, 2024I live on the Alabama Gulf Coast near the beaches, but Florida beaches by far are the prettiest and this little place snuggled amongst other places to stay is isolated away from the heavy crowds and tourists. Perfect place for relaxation. Definitely want to try to stay here again.

Stayed Oct 20, 2023Pretty nice condo on first floor. Just needs a little plumbing work done in master bathroom. Shower and toilet. Great view Nice living room with large tv and kitchen has all you need.
