Beach Front at Oceans of Amelia

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean, had great supplies. Everything was as described. We even thought the parking spot was above the curve. And there aren't enough great words to describe the view. AMAZING! The owner was very responsive to questions. We have been looking for a favorite to return to at Amelia Island and we have found it. We highly recommend this unit.

Clean, well appointed 3rd floor condo on the beach with balcony. Well equipped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. Owner provided a second parking spot. Great location.

Very nice, clean and quiet condo. View is spectacular. Host Mary Ann is very friendly and responsive. King bed is a little creaky, but comfy. Everything you need is there! Would rent again. Fernandina Beach is a great area!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the generous amount of seating in the living room, especially the swivel chairs in front of the large picture window. TV system was easy to navigate. There are many nice restaurants in the area.

Host was very helpful. Responded right away when messaged. The condo was well equipped. It was so convenient to go to beach. The views were amazing.

Absolutely wonderful condo overlooking the beach. The location couldn’t have been better and the access to the beach was outstanding. Plenty of boogie boarding, surfing lessons, sand castles and shark teeth within walking distance.

Super clean, well accommodated, and a great location to stay. It was a short stay for us, and our first time visiting this part of Florida, and we loved it. Plenty of things to do, and we definitely appreciated that extra parking space! We will definitely return here!

Our host was extremely helpful and courteous. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. The view was spectacular and the water pressure was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I was hesitant to leave a review because this condo is so spectacular I wanted to keep it a secret for myself and my wife. The view is panoramic and beyond words. The condo is just as described in the VRBO pictures and the owners are very helpful and accomodating. Even the residents are as friendly as can be. Everyone leaves their beach gear outside overnight without worry of theft....that's how safe things are. The beach is clean and wide. Parking can be a challenge but not with this unit. Easy in easy out. My wife and I will definitely return again next summer. One more thing....the elevator is within steps of the condo front door. 10/10 for sure.

Mary’s condo was perfect! The view is the best of all the condos we’ve stayed in on the island! It was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was a breeze! We were thankful for the extra parking space nearby to park our extra car.

We’ve stayed at this location multiple times and are always very pleased with our stay and looking forward to returning in the future.

Location and view is excellent!l. The condo was clean and met all our needs. Sunrise was awesome! Saw dolphins, pink spoonbills and a sea turtle. Communication was great! As described and a little piece of paradise!

Comfortable stay w a great view.

The condo was very comfortable and just the right size for 2 people. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. The condo's beachy decore and amazing view of the ocean is intoxicating. The owner was very nice to lend us beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. There was construction going on during the week in the garage below, and pounding and the sound of a drill could be heard in the condo. Fortunately we spent most of our time out of the condo on the beach or exploring and weren't bothered much by the construction noise. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, pans, etc. It wound have been nice if shampoo, bodywash, and kleenex had been made available, but that is a minor point. All in all our stay was excellent. This was our second time at this place and we hope to return next year!) on in the garage

This was the perfect condo for our adult post-Christmas getaway. You can’t get more beachfront, and the condo size and layout was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

This is a condo complex that I really love because of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the proximity of the ocean to the building, which means there's not a huge hike to get to the water. This unit is nicely decorated, but it is exceptional because of the wonderful owners. Their communication is the best I've ever had of any rental property and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can possibly be. Highly recommend!

View was amazing and perfect location on the beach. The condo was clean and everything we needed was included. The washer and dryer and beach chairs were an added plus. My family enjoyed our stay and we will be back.
