BEACH FRONT!!!

Great communication with host. Condo was the perfect location for us. Kitchen was well stocked, very clean modern space, super easy check-in and check-out. Will definitely stay again!!!

Tim was so quick to respond with any quesitons I had. The view was incredible and was the perfect get away for a girls weekend to the beach.

This condo was nicer than the pictures even showed. A covered parking spot close to the elevator. The views were amazing and Tim was great to work with. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Tim was great with communication. He provided a detailed email as well as called me the day before check-in and instructions were clear for the parking and HOA office. Any questions I had, he addressed within 2-5 minutes (usually less). The condo had everything we needed including a great beach front view. The glass balcony railing was wonderful to see the ocean. Thanks!! Would recommend.

Had a wonderful week in Destin and this was a great location for exploring the area. If you plan to cook meals there are not a lot of cooking supplies but enough to get by.

Really enjoyed the condo, exactly what was listed online. Beautiful view, loved the very large balcony - the condo was great. The HOA is not. (which is separate from the property owner - who was great and very responsive). You have to pay $15 per person just to access the beach/pool, then they push their umbrellas/chairs on you for an addl $45/day. If you don't rent their chairs/umbrellas, you have to sit in your own chair at the back of the beach and not near the water. As a native Floridian, I was not happy about that at all. Properties that we walked to further down the beach do not have these ridiculous HOA rules. Then the office just used the door code and walked in on us during the weekend, - not fully dressed and wasn't leaving until the next day! There are postings that say they do not have the door codes - BUT THEY DO! We hadn't been to Destin since we were teenagers, so it was nice to visit, beaches are beautiful - but I think we'll stay here at the US ranked #1 Best Beach and that's Clearwater - where there are less rules and just can just enjoy the beach in your own chair.

Condo was exactly as described, balcony is wonderful, owner was very helpful.

This is a great family friendly location; it is just a walk down the beach from our favorite restaurant and it is also close to shopping. The beach is beautiful and there was a crowd, but not too crowded. It is also a bit away from the heavy traffic of the boardwalk. We would absolutely stay at this location again.
