I underestimated how well stocked this Condo would be. It had everything we needed and then some! Traveling with 2 toddlers requires a lot of stuff and the condo owner was able to save us a lot of space packing since they had everything! The condo itself was very clean, fairly updated, and close to the pool. There’s a very easy check in/out process and the managing company is very helpful and friendly. The Binder the owner leaves is also helpful for tips about the condo (I.e which grill works best) but also suggestions for dinner and other activities around the area. Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone but especially those with young children!

This one had a double. Only complaint is not much closet or dresser space in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Nice pool and right on the Gulf. Clean and staff let us in early which was very nice.

Location! Location! Perfect if you want to be by pool and down step to beach. Stocked well with beach towels and kitchen supplies.

This condo is great for a family vacation. The property is conveniently located close to the pool, beach and parking. Everything we needed was in the condo. Our family enjoyed our week and had a wonderful vacation!

To not have to pack all of the additional items was so convenient and reduced the stress of packing. Also providing laundry detergent was great to not have to buy! The pool was great and there were many grilling options available for all guest! The only negative was that the property could have been cleaned a little better. There was a lot of dust sitting on top of appliances and the comforters could be updated for better quality.

The condo is perfect location to the pool and the beach. Everything we needed was in the condo. We will always be back to that condo

I have stayed in a few different units at the beach cottages and have enjoyed each one. My family and I really enjoyed the convenience of this condo to walk out to the pool, garage or beach with ease. First time on the first-floor unit. This condo is advertised as a three bedroom. Don't get me wrong it does have 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd bedroom is almost useless. It is very small & You have to climb over the bed to get to the washer and dryer that's in a closet. You literally have to squeeze in between the bed and the doors for the washer and dryer. The room has no AC and is HOT! There are plenty of box fans, but this did not help. This unit would be much better with 2 bedrooms and a laundry room/ maybe expand the kitchen. Also, some of the outlets didn't work in the two bedrooms. That was the worst part of this condo. After we checked in, everything seemed clean except it seems it was rushed. There was a dirty diaper in between couch cushions, there was a sippy cup with rotten milk or something in it under a couch cushion. The couch could be replaced as it has a lot of wear and tear. The recliner is ok but it's really old and looking worn out also. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for the beach imaginable & plenty of stuff for babies. We packed our own stuff so didn't need to use it but that's a nice option for people that are flying and can't bring it with them. Overall, the place was great. Beautiful views.

Fully supplied kitchen, it had everything for an enjoyable week – bbq and patio picnic supplies, everything from coolers to modern coffee machine! The owner provides all beach necessities - cabinet stocked with beach chairs, towels, toys and umbrellas! The condo was baby and kids friendly - it had books, activities, baby chairs, beach toys! Owner provides washing detergent, first aid kit, sewing kit for any quick emergencies! With any questions we could always reach out to the JC office for help and assistance.Walking distance to so many great eat-outs!And the best part is that the condo is a walk out into a pool patio! How can you beat that! Absolutely the best!

We love the location and the fact that it is so family friendly. Even though we did not have a baby with us I was amazed at the amount of baby supplies available. I was also amazed at the inventory of good beach chairs, umbrellas and even beach toys and boogie boards. The only thing missing was a can opener in the kitchen. I am sure there once was one, but we could not find it. Thank you for a wonderful week at the beach.

The washing machine had molded and made the whole room smell awful for the first 24 hours until we figured out what it was. 2. There was some kind of wine left in a blue cup up at the top of some cabinets which spilled on one of us when we went to get it down. It also made the whole cabinet smell like fermented alcohol.
