Fifth time to this complex, first time in this unit.Unit was clean, comfortable and easy to access. Enjoyed our stay except for the weather but that is hit or miss this time of year. Would stay here again.

Had a nice relaxing stay. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. This was our second time staying and we will definitely stay again!

Beach Cottage complex, however, needs maintenance. The common areas of pool deck, elevator and lobby were not kept clean. Most of the pool deck furniture needs replacing.Again, the unit we rented was lovely. The complex was the drawback.

Location of this condo was perfect. We visit the area every year. This is the 1st time we stayed at The Beach Cottage. Nice place, love the covered parking garage. Our Condo was on the 1st floor which made access to the pool deck a wonderful experience. Our room had a stale cigarette smell and had a small issue with gnats. Other than that, it was a great stay!

We had to buy measuring spoons to make coffee and there is no small skillet. Also only one measuring cup which didn’t have a mark for what I needed.

The complex is well located for beach activity, restaurants, shopping, etc. As to the unit 2102 we have stayed there 3 or 4 times and have always found it to be in top condition.
