I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of condo and the pool area. Pool area did get very crowded a couple days but found out families from a couple resorts down had helped themselves to our resort pool.Overall, the condo was perfect for our needs. Will be coming back next year.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025Fifth time to this complex, first time in this unit.Unit was clean, comfortable and easy to access. Enjoyed our stay except for the weather but that is hit or miss this time of year. Would stay here again.

Step off patio to pool deck. This condo was very clean and nice. Beach Cottage complex, however, needs maintenance. The common areas of pool deck, elevator and lobby were not kept clean. Most of the pool deck furniture needs replacing.Again, the unit we rented was lovely. The complex was the drawback.

Stayed Nov 10, 2023Location of this condo was perfect. We visit the area every year. This is the 1st time we stayed at The Beach Cottage. Nice place, love the covered parking garage. Our Condo was on the 1st floor which made access to the pool deck a wonderful experience. Our room had a stale cigarette smell and had a small issue with gnats. Other than that, it was a great stay!

You won’t find a nicer one. The kitchen could be better furnished. We had to buy measuring spoons to make coffee and there is no small skillet. Also only one measuring cup which didn’t have a mark for what I needed.
