Condo 301 at Island Beach Resort is on the third floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, an oversized balcony, 1 king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. Condo 301 has gorgeous ocean views from its bedroom balcony and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance. Stayed Aug 16, 2022Motel conversion from '60's . '70's...would have been outdated in '90's. Dark, dank hallways, small dirty elevators. Access to rooms, amenities, etc. via hard keys, no key cards. Unit itself dark, jumbled, outdated. The wide angle bright picture is very unrealistic. Shutter louvers would not stay open for view, ants in kitchen, dirty pot in cabinet, ice-maker not working. Our worst VRBO experience ever. At least the ladies at check-in were courteous.

Stayed Aug 16, 2022The only thing positive was the beautiful view of ocean. Condo is right next door to restaurant and you can smell fried food all day, there were ants in the kitchen, icemaker didn't work, slider didn't open, a/c wasn't working properly, poor grade towels. Would not waste time going there.
