We had a great stay at Beachside Bliss. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The views were absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing vacation. The property itself was well kept and conveniently located.The property management company was also excellent to work with. They were responsive, helpful,Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this property to others

Let me be clear by saying that I love this condo, location, & beach, we’ve stayed here last year and booked again for 2027. The problem I had this year, is the management company did not inform us of the major renovations that were happening at the condo. We were told a month before our arrival that the pool would be closed. We had no other communication regarding any renovations. When we arrived there, one of the buildings was vacant and other buildings had low occupancy because of the MAJOR renovations. This was a girls trip and we were drinking coffee in the living room, in pjs, and men appeared on our balcony to do painting and cleaning. There was no drapes and they could see right into our private space. We felt very violated and were upset that we were not aware that this would be taking place. Initially, when we contacted the management company, we were told that we could not request that those people would not be there staring into our living space during our stay. We spoke with several owners of condos w/in the complex, and told this renovation started in October 2025, so no reason why the management company didn’t notified us of this issue, given us the opportunity to cancel our reservation or move us to a different condo without this major inconvenience and violation. They offered to move us Friday afternoon-checkout was Sunday. Also, we had paid additional money for extra beach chair rentals we would’ve had to forfeit. And we couldn’t use our balcony at all!

Great location and short walk to the beach. The bed in the guest bedroom needs a new mattress. It “dips” toward the center and is uncomfortable. It has a mattress pad on it but it doesn’t disguise the dip. Washer needs to be cleaned. Property could use a deep clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful property: very clean, exactly as described. Very well equipped kitchen. The electronics all worked well. Couch was comfortable and balcony was lovely. We love this complex and have stayed in another unit here before. This unit is actually larger than the other building we stayed in, which was nice. The ONLY issue that we had was the master bedroom mattress!! needs to be replaced immediately. It sags so badly and hurt my back every night (and I love a soft mattress) so if you need a supportive mattress, I wouldn’t recommend this unit! If they replace the mattress, I would definitely come back.

Great property for a family. Two wonderful swimming pools. The unit was exactly as described on VRBO.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Newly renovated and decorated, on a pristine white sand beach, and near unique towns to shop, wander, and dine. We loved it and want to come back!

Great property and beach front location.

This property lives up to its name, Beachfront Bliss! My husband and I have stayed at Dunes of Seagrove before, but it was our first time renting this unit. The pictures are accurate and it is tastefully decorated with a beautiful view. The unit has a well stocked kitchen along with lots of games to play in the evening. We also loved how it came with the beach chair service which is a huge plus!Our only minor complaint was the bed in the primary bedroom. It was uncomfortable with bad pillows, and the whole bed frame moved if you barely touched it. I ended up messaging the property management company to let them know. I looked back at previous reviews, and it looks like someone else complained about this a few months ago too.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

Love the location, love the condo, love the view!

Our spring break week is just what we needed at Dunes of Seagrove! The place was equipped with everything we needed! And such a great location! Close to Seaside, Alys, and Rosemary! We will definitely be back and stay again! Thank you for everything!

I brought my daughter and three grandchildren down for the week on spring break. The condo was great, loved the location.

We enjoyed the stay except for the master bed which with every turn or repositioning during the night it made a terrible noise. Additionally, the lower sheet came off the corners nightly. Overall, the linens and towels were of poor quality and need to be replaced.
