Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing but unfortunately, there was one problem after another from the second we walked in the door and discovered the air conditioner was somehow leaking into the laundry room. From there, it was an overzealous plumber coming to fix an unreasonably clogged toilet, inaccurate Wi-Fi information, no sound on one of the TVs, and a non-functioning washing machine. The chirping smoke detector wouldn’t have been a big deal, but it was the last straw. They did send our laundry out to be washed and folded until they could replace the washing machine, which they did sight unseen, leading us to believe they knew it was on its last legs. Susan, the rep from the management company, was very kind and earnest about wanting us to enjoy our stay and any one of these things alone would have been no big deal, but the number of issues was frustrating. The weather, however, was perfect.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is well appointed, very well maintained, great location (2 blocks from 5th Ave and 4 block from the beach), tranquil neighborhood near everything. Returning again next year. Walked to see the sunset most evenings.
