PARKING

*There is no free onsite parking. There are paid street/lot parking right next door to the building. The lot charges $5 per hour. Long term parking is available at the Sonesta Hotel located at 999 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. The hotel charges $55 per night and allows in and out privileges. We highly advise if you are traveling without a vehicle to take advantage of our local electric ride program Circuit. They offer rides all over Fort Lauderdale for only $2 per person.


LAUNDRY

* For our long term guests looking for laundry services during their stay, there is a launder and fold business located 2 minutes away. They are open Monday-Saturday until 7PM.
