BEACH BLOCK!!!! LINENS INCLUDED!

It started off on the wrong foot with reality agency. I called earlier to let them know I would be arriving later than expected, but I was assured that my keys and check-in package would be ready and waiting for me. When I arrived, there wasn’t anything to be found. After several phone calls, text messages, and trying to convince them I am at the correct location…..someone finally arrived and gave me my check-in materials and keys. However, when I finally arrived to my rental….the parking permit was missing. Again, I made phone calls in which I was told they were looking into it. It wasn’t resolved until the next morning, when someone finally dropped off my parking permit. Luckily, I wasn’t towed overnight. After these first two days, I had no further problems with them. In regards to the rental, it was great. Close walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, great water pressure, and all other accommodations were satisfactory.

Clean property with just enough amenities. Kitchen is small and limited, but works. Very comfortable beds except for pull out. Glad we brought air mattress. Screen porch adds nice space. Beach block great location. Also south dewey so beach not super crowded. Would've liked electronic access; getting and returning keys in rehoboth a pain. Overall a great stay.

The location of this home is amazing! Close to the beach and close to town but just removed enough that it’s quiet and peaceful. The home itself is very outdated. Linens were old and pillows were pancakes. The property requires you to check in at the rental office because they still use a key which seems like an outdated process with the convenience of key pads. This shouldnt be allowed when booking on VRBO. We also had an issue with water and the property manager was quick to respond. Overall, ok experience but we won’t choose this home again.

We liked that we could book a partial week. The property was just as advertised. Very very close walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was nice. The one negative was that carpets weren’t thoroughly vacuumed and it was clear that dogs had been there before us which aggravated my kids‘ allergies a bit when they played on the floor. But we would definitely return to this rental.
