It's in a perfect location, close to the pool and no stairs to climb. The owners are wonderful to work with and we look forward each year to seeing what new improvements they have made to the condo. Condo association and management company did great job of keeping the building and grounds as safe as possible as we descended into the covid19 life change. We definitely would return.

Always being sooo incredibly accommodating, from holding my packages to scheduling a cleaning service. It really made my two months at Indian rocks beach unforgettable. The apartments were extremely clean and convenient, with store a quick walk away, a bar, and some delicious donuts right in front.
