Bare Foot A212 | Waterfront Condo with Views, Wet Bar and Just Steps to the Beac

Great location but property under construction and workers there all day. Unit was not cleaned well - toilets, floors, couches, and silverware was dirty, shades and windows either did not open or were hard to open, closets were too full of stuff to be usable, and beach items were sandy and in tough shape.

We loved our stay. We watched dolphins playing in the water while having coffee. It was well stocked and had everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella.

Location met our needs for an enjoyable stay for a family spring break trip with young kids. It was easy access to the beach and pool. The area in general is quiet and family friendly. The host was not responsive during our stay, but the management company was extremely responsive. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! It was a beautiful place and the kids loved the closeness to the beach, pool, and shopping. The only hiccup we had was our parking pass was not in the unit anywhere. The property manager brought one over the next morning without hesitation. Thank you for an awesome time. We would definitely book with you again!

We have stayed in a few different units in this complex because the location is great! This unit was adequate but definitely not our favorite. Kitchen and bathroom showed wear and unit was not adequately cleaned (dirty dishes in cabinets, stains on sheets). You'll need to bring all your supplies for this unit - toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, beach items, etc. Other units had these items stocked.

We love taking walks to the local coffee shop, to the beach and short drive to restaurants and shopping! We even got to see a dolphin from the sitting room in the water. The place was great and plenty of seating at the pool. Would love of you would have a few things as a welcome pack for out of towners like a Kerrigan with a few coffee pods and sugar packs, as and a bottle of water for each guest, etc. Great family memories and will definitely go back.

The property was clean and checkin was easy. View of the intercostal was wonderful. The beds were ok, mattress sank towards the middle a bit.

By chance I booked the same place as I did in 2019 and was thrilled because I loved the location and the condo. Barefoot is directly across from the beach and within a 5 minute walk from a funky coffee shop and places to eat. Mini golf also within 5 minutes. The condo itself was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great place for families. Location is also a great jumping point to Clearwater and Tampa activities. My only recommendation is the mattresses need to be replaced as the current ones have lost support.

We enjoyed our stay at the property . It was a short walk to the beach and other places . Would definetly return or refer it to friends
