Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the space and the patio was great to have. We also liked that there was a smart tv in all the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were also plenty of good chairs, boogie boards, etc. but when I called ahead to see what they had at DAVE Stubbs, they said that they weren’t sure so we ended up bringing chairs and boogie boards that we really didn’t need. It would have been nice to have a picture of the garage with all the supplies provided. Also, it only had one working portable fan. All the bedrooms had ceiling fans, which was great, but we brought our own fans luckily because it was warm on the main floor without them. We also wished we would have had more bath towels. I’m sure we could have gotten them from Dave Stubbs as they were very helpful to offer extra towels, chairs, fans, etc. Dave Stubbs also sent someone over right away to reboot the tv.

This is our 3 stay in this unit. We have been using Dave Stubbs/Del Mar Beach Club for like 30 years.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023Loved the beach access, pools and fitness area. Condo was well stocked with all we needed and included beach chairs and sand toys. Solana beach is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay!

This condo was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teens. The beach and pools were beautiful. Great location to various beach towns, restaurants and more. Condo was a bit outdated but that was figured into the price. Overall, very comfortable. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels, boogie boards and more. Stubbs Property Management was very helpful and professional!
