This condo can accommodate 2 people comfortably, as the cozy LOFT upstairs features a King-sized bed. There is an additional Double sofa bed in the living room, perfect for the little ones. Our lovely unit can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child!

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM in the loft, or the HALF BATHROOM on the ground floor. We've got you covered with a small assortment of FREE toiletries and towels, and make sure to use some of the excellent Rocky Mountain Soap products available to you!

The cozy and open LIVING AREA contains a comfortable sofa and a 32inch flat screen TV with cable. On rainy days, we think you'll love to watch your favourite movie on the DVD player, or rent one on-site. Warm up in front of the grand, wood-burning fireplace, with Firewood Included!

Just outside, take a soak in your private HOT TUB on your balcony with a glass of wine in the evenings!

The KITCHEN provides everything you need to cook in the comforts of your mountain condo, including a fridge, a microwave, and a full complement of cookware, dishware and utensils in the cupboards. Share laughs around the lovely wooden dining table with seating. Brew up a cup of coffee or tea in the mornings before heading out the door onto one of Banff's most accessible hikes: Tunnel Mountain Trail.

Our guests have access to a number of Excellent amenities in the secluded Hidden Ridge Resort, where this property is conveniently located. Unwind in the SPECTACULAR Shared outdoor hot pools and soak in the views of Banff and the Rockies. Each hot pool is heated to a different temperature, so you're sure to find the perfect one for ultimate relaxation. In the winter, warm up in the character sauna converted from a 1940s cabin, and in the summer, rent a bike and head out on the town.

We recommend having a car as the lively Banff centre is a short 2-minute drive away, though it's worth taking advantage of your FREE Roam bus passes during your stay - the bus stop is just outside. If you're interested in bringing your furry friend with you, a number of pet-friendly suites are available for a charge. Please do let us know if you'd like to bring your pet; they will love the complimentary pet package!

During the summer, we love to bike around town or on the Legacy Trail nearby. In the winter, head to the slopes of Nakiska, Sunshine or Lake Louise - you will not be disappointed! Don't miss The Meatball Pizza and Pasta restaurant, with amazing desserts like Mount Assiniboine and Cheesecake.

    Overall, location was great. Accommodations could have been cleaner. Dust noted on windowsills, banister, fans, and tops of mirrors. From the appearance, it looked like it had not be dusted in a while. Carpet pretty dated. Water stains and sogns of water leaks on ceilings. For the price of the room, I expected more refined accommodations to be a little nicer and cleaner. We still had a great trip did not want our trip in interrupted so we just let all that go.

    We loved this unit with our personal hot tub on the deck with beautiful view. We had bus passes with our stay which was great. The coffee was not good at all. These rooms really need to have keurig pots. That was my only issue.

    The view was amazing, but outside of that we wish we would have stayed in a hotel in downtown Banff. There was mud on the stairs, a stain on the sheets, no wood for the fireplace and the shower water temp was inconsistent the entire time. The extremely loud guests in the hot tub at night from a wedding party isn’t the fault of the property, but still removes the need for a nice view of the mountains and due to the time change woke us up both nights. Just not what I would expect from a stay that costs a lot of money. The hotels were cheaper downtown and that’s saying a lot.

    Condo was smaller than photos online appeared, could use a good cleaning, not well stocked…no paper towels, few dishes and silverware so had to run dishwasher every day, and not enough towels left daily for use of hot tub. Overpriced for value received!

    We loved the balcony hot tub and proximity to town. We could walk to town if our legs weren’t tired or take the bus is they were. We loved the two stories and had plenty of space.

    This was a great place to stay. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The hot tub on the balcony was great and the views of the mountains were amazing. One small problem is parking on busy weekends, especially if you have a tall vehicle. There are 2 underground car parks that had spaces for low cars all weekend but no spaces around the site for tall cars. Other than that, it was an all round great place to stay and Banff is a beautiful place to be.
