Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.



Amenity Access: Palm Valley CC is private. Unless the owner of the rented property has a club membership, renter do NOT have access to golf, tennis, fitness or the clubhouse pool. The owner of the property does not maintain a club membership. Nearby there are numerous fine public golf courses, tennis facilities and fitness centers. Our staff is happy to provide you with this information. Renters DO have access to any of the community's 46 pools and spas selected clubhouse facilities (Bogie's Grill, Many dining events at the clubhouse, an appealing cocktail lounge and a hair salon. Community Pool Hours: 6 am -11 pm.



The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
