Awaken to Waves: Oceanfront Sunrise Oasis

Great communication via texts/emails.Could have had more amenities in the condo - basics like coffee, shampoo, for example. The toilet paper was poorest quality possible - and very limited supply (two rolls for four people staying for four nights). Bed in Primary Room was poor condition. The bed in the secondary room was a little better but still moderately uncomfortable. The place itself was lovely, well-decorated, comfortable. We appreciated the extra blankets as it was a very cold January weekend. A couple lightbulbs were out - but it didn't impact our stay - perhaps something the cleaning crew could monitor in the future. All in all, we'd stay there again - probably bringing more supplies from a grocery stop before settling in.

The ocean view was wonderful! the condo housed very used furniture that needs to be replaced. A bed pillow had a yellow stain! The bed linen covering the mattress was ripped! Heavy black mold was at the base of the main shower. Electrical cords were just bunched in many areas. Freezer housed rust. Not what we expected. Herb & Audrey Davies

What a gem! The apartment was immaculate, exactly as pictured, with thoughtful amenities like [clean towels, local guide and breath taking ocean view]. The host , was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great local tips. Truly a 5-star experience—highly recommend!

Best part of condo is the roomy balcony with COMFORTABLE furniture! Can’t say that about many of the places we’ve stayed. Stunning views of sunrise and sunset!! Would love to come back!

The condo was nice and worked for us. The view off the balcony was beautiful.

We loved this property. Only a very short walk to the beach and the pool was amazing. Our room was very spacious (4 adults) and had everything we needed.

Very Nice and convenient to restaurants

Have stayed at this property before but in a different unit. This unit was immaculate - but little things were off. Not one hanger in the entire unit. Cheap tissue paper thin paper towels and toilet paper. One tiny bar of soap in the bathrooms. We bought our own the next day at WalMart. In fairness, prop mgmt did offer to drop off hangers. Last year the owners (or mgmt?) had a small gift basket with a thank you note and granola bars. Nothing fancy, just a nice touch. None of these items are deal breakers, but for a few dollars would have put this property at a solid 10 of 10. Guest bathroom shower door doesn't stay closed after you've been in shower for 5 or so minutes. Very odd. Would love to see grab bars added.

Very nice unit and property. Only negative is smoking is allowed and neighbor on balcony shared their smoke causing us to retreat inside and close balcony door numerous times.

This condo on the beach is like a “home away from home”, with spectacular sunrise and beach views. Beach and pool access is very convenient and we walked the beach every day. The furnishings are very comfortable and situated to maximize the beach view from the master bedroom and living and dining areas. The bed was very comfortable as well. The garbage disposal was on the blink and was fixed very quickly and we got really good restaurant advice as a bonus. Highly recommend!

The Amelia South condo was excellent. It was super clean and contained everything needed for a wonderful weekend getaway. The condo is centrally located and easy to get to restaurants and shoppes. The management staff were very professional and helpful. My wife and I are looking forward to staying at Amelia South again.

We really enjoyed the property and our stay! It was a wonderful, spacious condo and the view was perfect. The management was excellent to work with. Amelia Island, Fernandina is such a great place with lots of great places and friendly people. Can't wait to go back.

Loved this condo and the beach - beautiful views clean condo relaxing island vibe!! TV in boys room Wasn’t working - was quickly replaced. Overall no complaints - this area is definitely a hidden gem - not super busy or overly touristy. Loved walking the beach!!

The property was as advertised online. Clean, great amenities, and location. Fantastic view, short walk to the beach, and the property managers were fantastic! Quick responses to any questions and all check-in/check-out procedures were readily available.

Perfect location with lovely view.

Beautiful view, cheerful decor. Would have been perfect except for broken elevator(s). Parking would have been horrific for handicapped people if the building was at full capacity.
