Avalon's Cove: Ocean Views, Pool, Near Boardwalk, Luxury Amenities

We recently stayed at Avalon’s Cove on Carolina Beach, and it was absolutely perfect! After reading so many great reviews, we had high expectations — and it truly delivered in every way. The condo is right on the beach, and we loved sitting on the oversized balcony listening to the waves roll in — it doesn’t get more relaxing than that. The view was spectacular, and we loved being able to step right onto the sand for morning walks or to watch the sunset.The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a peaceful, comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better — walking distance to great restaurants, the boardwalk, and all the local spots we wanted to visit.Josh and Kat were wonderful hosts — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful in every detail. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Avalon’s Cove to anyone looking for the perfect Carolina Beach getaway!

This was our families third time staying at this property. We absolutely love it here! Location is everything! short walk to our favorite restaurants, veggie stands, and the boardwalk. Downstairs storage closet for all our beach stuff is extremely helpful. We really enjoy being able to grill outside. Pool is great and clean. Very friendly neighbors. We'll definitely be back next year, 10/10!!!

The condo was wonderful! The location was fantastic, close to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. The interior was well decorated, equipped, and the furniture was comfortable. Being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony was a great way to start each day.The owners checked in with us to ensure all was well and gave us tips on making the most of our stay, thank you!Would recommend this property without hesitation...

Great, clean place. Super convenient for the beach, restaurants and boardwalk. I was worried about the parking but it didn’t end up being a big deal. If we head back to this area we would definitely stay here again.

Avalon’s Cove is the perfect place to stay at Carolina Beach! The unit is just as described, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean! Stocked with everything you need! We had a wonderful getaway with our kids and their friends. The location is perfect, just close enough and far enough from the boardwalk with stunning ocean views. The hosts are great and go out of their way to make sure you have the perfect stay! We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful stay I had! The condo was spotless. The hosts were extremely responsive to some unusual questions in advance of the visit and did so with a smile. I cannot say enough about the view - extraordinary!!! Nuts and bolts about the condo: bed was very comfortable, just a little higher than most for us shorties, water pressure great, kitchen had the basics covered. Balcony furniture in great shape and comfortable. Easily walkable to the Boardwalk, Lake Park and numerous restaurants. I am a property management professional for many years so I look at this kind of thing with a different eye than most and I will say that these guys do a fabulous job.

From the moment we walked in until the sad time that we had to leave we were in a happy place. This place gives clean, fresh, relaxing vibes. It is decorated so nice and is very cozy. We were just overall very comfortable. Breath taking views!

We visited for a quick trip to the beach during a college visit over spring break. Perfect location, perfect view and accommodations. The hosts were so wonderful! We will be back!

Perfect as always! We visit twice a year and are never disappointed. Well, of course until we return home. (Brr this year) Best hosts you could ask for. We've never had any issues. The place is kept super nice and clean and the location never gets old. Every year the itch gets worse, thinking of moving permanently to the area!

Our second stay at this condo. VIEW is amazing at sunrise! Rooms were clean, fresh towels and linens were provided. Owner is extremely attentive and answered all our questions. The location is convenient to many restaurants, the boardwalk and shopping. We didn't have to pay any parking fees.

We had a wonderful vacation at Avalon Cove! Josh and Kat were so responsive to anything that we needed (which we really didn't need anything because the condo was perfectly stocked) Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We loved sitting on the large balcony overlooking the ocean! The condo is located close to the boardwalk and many restaurants. We'd definitely recommend this condo for a family of 4!

The condo was just as great in person as it was in the pictures. The location was great and my family was able to walk to dinner every night. There were a ton of great restaurants nearby so we ate at a different place each day. The view was amazing and we spent our mornings drinking coffee and evenings watching the waves on the balcony overlooking the ocean. My family and I had an amazing time!

This is an awesome condo on the beach. Its in a great location with just a short walk to the boardwalk. The condo's amenities are great for those with families. Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. We have booked multiple stays here and will keep coming back! Thanks again for a great stay!

I came with my husband and two daughters, 8 and 5. We had a relaxing week of doing nothing except beaching and visiting the pool. The condo was just as expected if not better. We loved how close it was to the ocean. Easy to go back and forth. We often set up a tent in the morning and would head into the condo for lunch without worrying about our things since we could see them from our living room with the beautiful ocean view. This host provided a lot of little details and extra touches that made the trip even more pleasant and checked in on us throughout the week without invading our privacy at all. They even contacted us one night to make sure we knew about the local fireworks show that we'd be able to view from the balcony. Overall a fantastic experience!!

Once again we were very pleased with Avalon's Cove! We love it so much we're pretty much regulars. Josh and Kat maintain excellent communication from booking to departure. We've had no problems in our visits, but they always check in to make sure everything is good or if we need anything. The property is always maintained well and supplied with everything you could need.. Although I may owe them a blender one of these days with the amount of icey mixed drinks we make! We couldn't be happier each visit and always look forward til next time. Looking forward to our next visit!
