Plenty of space for our family and very clean property. Pool was great and enjoyed our stay!

Everything we needed was there.Kitchen utensils were more than adequate,clean,neat and organized ! Location is great for baseball and beach,pool. Host was responsive and accomodating.Fitness room was closed for rennovations, would have been nice to know in advance. There is a Planet Fitness close by.

The place was immaculate. Very clean. Good communication with the Host. The pool was very nice. Loved the heated pool. Loved the decor of the room and how clean it was. Nice to have coolers, beach towels, lotion, beach chairs etc. very very nice. Will recommend 100%.

Lou was very welcoming and a great communicator. We arrived in the area 30 minutes early and he let us check in early. He gave recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very nice, clean and in great condition. There is plenty of beach stuff to borrow. The kitchen was well equipped.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There is a heated pool, easy parking, and its a short drive to the beach. We will surely be back. Having coffee on the balcony was my favorite part!

Our stay was fantastic! It was clean and safe. The condo was unexpectedly stocked with great items like towels, umbrella, chairs which made our beach time perfect. Would definitely be recommending this to travelers and families Check in was smooth. We did not experience any issues at this site. We will definitely try to get a condo here again. Everyone was friendly. A worry free place to relax and unwind enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Host was so amazing and responded to any messages very quickly. Very nice people! Apartment was well appointed & clean . We had everything we needed . Could have used more dishwashing pods . There were only 2 so we had to buy more . But overall we had a great 6 might stay . It’s in a bit of a run down neighborhood, fyi . But it’s not scary .

Loved the layout of the condo with the split floorplan. The beach theme decor was so welcoming for a short beach getaway. My only complaint is our stay ended and we had to leave!

Amazing little home away from home. Very clean and relaxing. We recommend to anyone coming to visit the Clearwater area! Placed in a very close proximity of food stops, gas stations and main grocery store chains.

Apartment was clean and cozy. 15 minutes from the beach. The complex pool was very nice. Definitely would recommend.

Very nice Condo with great facilities. Very well equipped for the beach, which was only a 10-15 minute drive away - had everything needed, such as chairs, cool bag, beach umbrella etc. Very good & speedy communication with owner who was able to resolve an issue we had with Air Conditioning very quickly. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The condo itself was very nice. Lou was very easy to work with. We had some issues with the air conditioning, but Lou was on top of it and had it fixed in no time at all. The only complaint we really have it the noise coming from the 3rd floor. It basically sounded like the were playing football all hours of the day. Also it's advertised as a gated community but the gates were always open. The pool area is amazing and refreshing.Thank you, Connie

I have stayed at a few different condos on the Avalon property and have had a great experience each time. This one was my favorite as I love the layout and space. Cleanliness was top notch, as was the property owner. We had one small, inconsequential, issue and he came over and fixed it immediately. Condo stocked with all beach items you could possibly need, even sunscreen! Will absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation, Lou!!

This place was amazing. Clean and easy to get in and out of. Nice community and area.

I went with my family (five people in total) and we were all delighted. The property was exactly like the photos. It was pretty clean and the location was excellent (about 10 minutes from Clear Water Beach). The process was super simple; the host contacted me immediately by email, giving me all the necessary information about accessing the property and all the details. The pool was super comfortable, although we didn't enjoy it much because we were at the beach most of the time. 100% recommended.

Loved this spacious clean condo! Everything was sparkling upon arrival! Pool was warm and the kid enjoyed using the pool toys provided at the home. Location was around plenty of grocery stores and a nice local coffee shop down the street. Condo was close to the beach, just across the bridge. We did encounter some heavy traffic a couple days crossing over the bridge but we went during prime spring break time so that’s to be expected. Great stay and great host!

Our stay was amazing! Such a nice place. Pool was very nice and lots of pool toys for the kids. Very close to Clearwater beach for us to go. The washer and dryer were nice to have on a family vacation. Such a clean and very nicely decorated place. The host was very nice and got back to us quickly when we needed help with something. We would come back again!!

The condo was very clean and in a safe area. My sister and I stayed here to visit family who live in the area. There are many restaurants near the condo and a Publix grocery store. We liked staying here and would do so again.

A beautiful home away from home that has everything you need!

You’re not on the beach but you have a heated pool — great for Winter stays. The places are clean, quiet and centrally located. Want to go to the beach? Less than 4 miles away. Want to go to St. Pete, half hour. Dunedin or Tarpon Springs? Half an hour or 45 minutes. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are pleasant.

Lou, thank you for the constant communication through the storms prior to our stay. The property was truly great. Plenty of space for 6, the condo is immaculately kept. One of the best places we’ve stayed - an we travel 30 plus weekends a year! Location was key as we were 15 minutes to the ball fields and 15 minutes to the beach. The chairs, cooler and beach gear were a huge help and really made the trip much more enjoyable as we visited the local beaches. If we’re in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again Big thank you to Lou for keeping us posted on anything we needed, super stay because we had an awesome place to launch out of!

We loved our stay!!! Very clean, Kitchen had everything we needed, the keurig pods and the beach towels were a plus, the beds are very comfy, close to everything!!! Highly recommend!!!
