We love this condo! It is clean and spacious. The owners are very kind and respond very quickly. Love the privacy of balcony and listening to the ocean each day and night. This is our second year at this condo and we will be back for a third for sure!

It feels like you’re staying at grandma’s and I love that about it! We got sick and the cold out couch came in handy. We also enjoyed the concept of actually using china and it inspired us to do so at home. I would advise against having super young kids stay there as there are a lot of breakables. For us it was cute and perfect in every way! It was also well stocked!

This condo was so well thought out for families. It felt so homey and inviting. Truly, everything has been thought of. It was fully stocked with everything needed and things we didn’t even think we would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and had a wonderful time at Topsail.

Cold wrong time for a vacation in Top Sail

We had an amazing trip and stay. The condo was perfect for the three of us. We loved the view and it was very clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back. The beach was beautiful and we had great weather too!!

I stayed here with my friends for my annual all-girls weeklong trip. The condo was just steps from the beach and was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach trip. If you forgot a beach chair, laundry detergent, or a book to read, they were right there for you to borrow! I can't say enough about how well-stocked this condo was. It was a great stay all week! I'd definitely come back again.

Upon arriving, we had to contact the property manager because the sliding door to the patio was broken. We received a prompt response and someone came to fix it the next morning. The door was fixed but was extremely hard to open. The patio and views were wonderful. The condo is a great space and the kitchen had everything you would need. We did notice dried food on some of the silverware but IMO whoever put it away wasn’t paying attention. North Topsail is more remote than I expected. Great place for a quiet weekend away. Great pool for the kids.

This property was clean and in the perfect location for the beach/pool access. They had the room ready before the check in time and the layout allowed for privacy within the condo! The balcony was spacious and the furnishings were perfect! I would rent from here again! Thank you for a beautiful experience!

We enjoyed everything about this property. The location is great. The only complaint is the noise from the occupants in the condo above. It sounded like construction work was being done throughout the entire night on the last day of our stay.

Well located except fo 1st floor level. But overall excellent
