Atlantic Sunrise ~ Oceanfront, Beachfront, Pools

We had a vulnerable adult with us dependent on oxygen. The power went out due to a storm. The property management company jumped into action and was relocating us to a different property to make sure we had everything we needed. The power was restored and we returned. But Amy and Connor went above and beyond to help us. The property is perfect. Absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. That alone is worth 5 stars.But the way we were treated, the sincere care they gave us, I wish I could give 20 stars.

Great location, nice stay and host good. Missing screen and curtains for the living room deck made mornings full glare. Very few bugs at this time so we were able to still keep the door open to the ocean breeze.

Nice view from balcony. Apartment could use some TLC. We had trouble reaching someone when we experienced plumbing problems. Pipes were fixed.

Perfect in all aspects

Perfect location with easy walk to the beach right near the unit. However, the unit itself needs some MAJOR updating and TLC in almost every area of the home.

So many updates needed. Living room rug is a tripping hazard! 2 people tripped and fell over it. Kitchen cabinet is loose on its hinges and gives the initial indication of falling off. Chair in the bunk room is pealing apart in sheets of faux leather. Almost 1/2 the dishes were put away dirty w dried on food. Oh and neither slider to the balconies will lock. Yes the location and view are amazing but I’ll look for a more updated unit to rent. Several reviews have mentioned it needs to be updated and it’s true. Pool, beach and restaurant are fantastic!

We had some issues with the front door not locking and communication about it but overall we enjoyed our stay. The ocean view from the balconies was great!

If you like watching the sunrise do not miss this property. Absolutely breathtaking views every morning. The unit is very spacious and has everything we needed. Everything was clean and as described. There are a couple maintenance items in need of attention and some areas are in need of an update for sure, but the location and convenience of this property still makes it an absolute gem and we plan to return. Private walkway to the beach is everything.

We enjoyed our stay. Amazing location with direct view of the ocean. Suggestions: the bunkbed room is not comfortable as the metal poles holding the beds together are extremely squeaky and loud. Towel hooks for the bathrooms would be helpful. Suggest a loveseat sofa or cozy chairs in the living room. Bar stools for the high countertop in the kitchen.

Property had great views of the ocean and easy access. The property layout with primary sleeping rooms at the top, and living area in the middle, above a reasonably large garage (long, but not very wide) was great for us. The only identified downside was that the master bathroom didn't have any towel holders, and some of the cabinets were missing paint.
