'Atlantic Hideout' on the Beach & Great Location!

The location was great and the condo had everything we needed. The host was very respond helpful. Definitely recommend!

Location was perfect. We were close to the shops and restaurants and had the view of the ocean from the patio.

Wonderful spot! Spent Thanksgiving here with the kids and dog. Has everything you need from a wonderful balcony view of the ocean to a quick walk to all the restaurants/bars. We will be staying again!

This was our second time staying at this condo and it was wonderful! You can’t beat the beachfront location and short walk to all the restaurants on Center St! And the condo is super spacious with a great balcony overlooking the beach. We love it here and hope to be back soon!

Wonderful time, excellent location.

Was concerned bc reviews varied from fabulous to a couple “old and dirty,” albeit with way more positive ones than negative. We found the condo to be situated perfectly to walk to restaurants and shops, but not so close for it to be loud. The unit itself (corner one) was huge for a beach condo, with the classic set up of only the master being oceanfront. Found the master bed to be fine; good quality but scratchy sheets and flat pillows. Good master shower but stinging forceful shower spray (which always seems to be the way at beach accommodations). Kitchen is satisfactorily stocked but not plentiful. New fridge with good ice maker. Reg coffee maker and a Keurig. Beach towels provided in the laundry closet (nice touch) as well as sand chairs and boogie boards (that had seen better days). The large oceanfront patio gets a breeze and is covered from the sun all day. Two chairs are good, 2 chairs are rickety, good picnic table. Decor isn’t updated, but also isn’t tacky, and makes up for it in size and cleanliness. AC was good and it was hot and HUMID while we were there. The master bedroom sliding door is broken and you are advised not to open it, which would have been a bummer if it weren’t so hot/humid you didn’t want to. Only way we could tell it is pet friendly is the two living room chair seats are stained, need replacing, and we didn’t sit on them. Easy covered parking underneath, easy beach access. No outdoor shower, only a hose. I am picky and I would stay there again.

Location & View of ocean is fantastic. The property is perfectly located within walking distance to several restaurants. The condo is in dire need of maintenance & cleaning. Outdoor chairs were broken and living room chairs were so visibly dirty that we covered them with towels. This could be a fabulous beach rental with just a bit of attention.TThe property itself

VERY COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS THREE BEDROOM UNIT. WE ENJOYED EATING BREAKFAST ON THE BALCONY AS WE OVERLOOKED THE BEACH AND OCEAN. NICE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM AREA.

The condo is very centrally located and was a quick walk to the ocean and many bars and restaurants. The outdoor furniture and mattresses weren’t the most comfortable, but overall we enjoyed our stay. John was also very responsive when we had a few minor issues relating to sheets/beach towels missing.

Easy access to beach and downtown. Condo was comfortable. We had issues with Wi-Fi and owner, John, responded quickly. Would recommend renting to friends and family.

Wonderful location!! Communication from manager was great!!! Only negative was condo smelled like fish and chairs in family room were dirty. Other than that- it was wonderful!!

Really enjoyed our (short) stay at this condo just off the beach. Great communication from owner. Gets right back to you through the app if there are any questions. It is a good size for a small family. Great view. Easy beach access. Easy walk to plenty of restaurants, coffee, etc. Would stay there again.

On a great beach and two blocks from the cute little town of Folly. Easy drive into Charleston

The location is great with non stop views of the ocean and great accessibility! The porch is an awesome place to read and enjoy views of the beach! John was a great host and very easy to communicate with for tips of the area and condo needs!

Wonderful location only 100 feet or so (including the boarwalk) from the building back entrance to the beach - beautiful view straight to the beach from the balcony.

They began the renurishment process which limited out eaa ceas.

Great location for both beach access (directly across the street) and the downtown strip on Center St. (2 blocks). The unit, while clean and comfortable, is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. Though nothing that would inconvenience a stay here. Overall, a solid option on Folly!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home as a brief respite during a larger trip up the East Coast. It is in an ideal location to walk to everything in the area as well as very comfortable and well-appointed. It was spacious for our group as well as being able to host another 4 guests for dinner one evening. Our Host was very responsive when we had a few questions about parking and lives locally which is another great benefit. We would absolutely stay here again.
