Stayed Mar 18, 2025Worked well for my friend and I, easy to drive into Ketchum and both sv mountains and Ketchum, we didn't try the bus system but it looked like that would have been a good option with a little more time set aside to get from place to place, parking was easy

Stayed Mar 3, 2025Condo worked out perfectly for 2 people attending a conference at the Sun Valley Lodge. The condo is dated with furnishings and bathrooms, but we did not spend much time in the condo. It worked out well for what we needed.

Stayed Sep 10, 2024Perfect for two friends to have a getaway together. Unit was small, but more than adequate w washer/dryer, small kitchen, and 2 beds/baths. Unit was a little tired, but the location was perfect, and the rental agents couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Stayed Aug 7, 2024This is a great location to stay. The kitchen is a little small along with the bedrooms. The beds were very firm. The pool area that comes with the Condo needed some cleaning. The Condo was clean and appealing. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Grandpa's Place is what I would re-name this property too. The 2nd level condo has a retro/grandparents motif and smell. It is quaint. Pros: Less than 1 minute drive to Sun Valley village. Access passes to pools (were included as of June 2024). Two bedrooms, two full baths. You can hear the river/stream from the bedrooms -- great to sleep to. Cons: No AC in the summer, and no fans. Beds are very firm. Cooking smells come up from the condo below. Would I stay again? Probably. It is MUCH less expensive than many other SV options, and truly... how much time are you going to spend in the condo? Recommendation to the owners: Include a plate of fresh snickerdoodle cookies upon arrival. Cookies would tie the theme together.
