Artist owned 7th floor paradise! DIRECT Oceanfront! Meet an Octopus!

I would rate it 10 out of 5. One of the best places that we have been. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and would not have chosen a better place. The beach is private, clean, and peaceful. The local restaurants are fantastic. The apartment is exceptionally decorated, but the best of this trip was Susan (the host), she was always available and worried about making our stay perfect and it was. Thank you!

The condo itself was absolutely beautiful. Great job on the renovations! :) **One quick thing, the shower heads are so powerful, they sand blast you (pardon the beach pun!;). The owner is AWESOME and the unit is so prepared with amenities, it's ridiculous. :) The building is safe, the room is quiet and comfortable and the area is great since it is on the north side of Ormond- much less busy. Still, just an easy drive to attractions, shopping and so many restaurants, you won't have enough time in one week to eat at very many of them. Our family of four really enjoyed the condo.

Beautiful condo! Updated and spacious kitchen. Our children loved the fun octopus bedroom, and there was a nice quiet alcove in the master bedroom for a pack and play. We have plans to return to the condo this summer :)

Beautiful view, spotless condo, well stocked kitchen, lovely extra touches, host could not have been nicer. Excellent communication, lots of good recommendations, and responded within minutes if we had a question. A wonderful stay! Highly recommend would definitely stay here again!

Words can’t express about Susan or the condo - I don’t know which was more beautiful! The view was exquisite and in a quiet part of ormond beach which was so nice. Susan was most accommodating and helpful. We even had snacks/ drinks on the counter when we came in late the first night. There is honestly nothing she missed. The only thing you need are your clothes. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Every kitchen small appliance and pans, bowls, utensils, etc.. blow dryers and shampoos - she thinks of everything!! And the condo. Wow. The decor and the peace and calm you feel when you walk in until you leave. Indescribable. I am so thankful she has chosen to share her treasure with us. It was just what we needed. We honor that and you! Thank you Susan!

We had everything we needed or wanted in the condo and every drawer and cabinet were so well organized. Not like some that looked like the host made a trip to the thrift store just to load up. Everything was exceptional. Even the beds were comfortable. As for Susan, the host, her communication was thorough, detailed and frequent. Nothing left to guess about. We have rented in the same facility and this was by far the best experience. She made getting into the unit a breeze. Susan went well beyond expected by providing local and favorite dining spots. Not just names and locations but mentioned the menus and what she liked about the facility. We only hope it is available the next time we want to stay in Ormand Beach.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed condo with amazing oceanfront views! I only wish we stayed longer! The condo is in a perfect location…close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and it has its own private beach. We even got to see dolphins close to the shoreline the day we checked out! Susan was so welcoming and helpful, and really just wants her guests to feel comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was gorgeous—just like the photos. Being right on the beach and hearing the waves from bed was such a dream. If you don’t book this amazing condo, you are seriously missing out! From the moment I booked our VRBO to the unfortunate minute that my family and I left, everything my was seamless and perfect. The Sea Loft is everything you could want in a perfect beach vacation. If you forgot something, don’t worry because it’s in the condo. The owner had everything and anything that you would need for the perfect day at the beach. My family and I were very impressed with all of the art work in the condo. We will definitely book our next beach vacation with Mrs. Susan!

We’ve never had a beach week that was as peaceful and quiet as Ormond Beach! This is a strip of private beaches so there’s no partying and just a few families spending time at the beach! Top notch for a relaxing vacation. Susan is an excellent host giving us loads of recommendations for restaurants and fun, and taking care of any question or concern! Beautiful condo! Everything about our stay was easy peasy, from booking to checkout. The place is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the view can't be beat. The host thought of every possible need when furnishing this condo for guest. Speaking of the host, she responded to every question within minutes and provided us with a plethora of information that made our stay so easy and she was just a sweetheart. First class from beginning to end. Host quickly establishes communication as soon as you reserve. The check in and out process is clear and easy. The property is better than the listing describes. The condo is directly on a great section of the beach. The pool was a little cold during our stay because the condo shades it in the afternoon. This is our second time to stay here. Wonderful property exactly as described. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, great views and close to good food and some shopping. Easy access to Daytona too. Susan is easy to work with and very responsive with tons of great info about the area. Hope to be back soon.

My friends and I grew up in Florida and have been taking beach trips for years. This is our favorite condo we’ve ever stayed at. The views are amazing and the unit was so clean and spacious. Susan was a great host, we’d love to come back!

Wonderful condo with great access to the beach. Susan is the absolute best host! Condo very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for all types of activities with wonderful restaurants nearby! View of sunrise is stunning! And sounds of the ocean can put you to sleep.

Property was in pristine condition and kitchen facilities left nothing wanting. Pool was unavailable which seemed to be a drawback initially, but weather was not conducive to swimming . Great granddaughter who was there for only Saturday and Sunday did manage to get into the ocean once. Personally I was knitting and reading while watching the ocean breakers. Very calming. Superb family reunion.

The owner was wonderful. She was personable, kind and accommodating. I would choose to rent from her any time. The condo is beautiful and the owner went above and beyond to ensure we knew the best restaurants, activities and local offerings of Ormond Beach. Exceptional hardly describes our experience. Listen, the reviews are all legit. The location is wonderful. Parking and access are easy. The building and neighbors are nice, quiet, friendly and private. Access to the pool and beach are simple. You have acess to great laundry machines, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, beach toys etc. The owner is FANTASTIC, goes above and beyond to be helpful, and has plenty of helpful information in the unit. Also has it stocked with whatever you need to feel at home while there. She has done a wonderful job decorating this beautiful space and making it feel like a vacation oasis yet also fun, clean, not overly beachy and just beautiful. Great materials used all throughout from the stunning kitchen to the relaxing baths. The kids LOVED the octopus room with all the little sea creature pillows. The unit is spacious. There is a little dressing area/large closet in the master. She has some games and things to do there as well. Both showers have great shower heads and pressure. She has extra towels and beach towels and other basic things should you need them and they are the best quality. And let me tell you whatever the smell is, when you first walk in the door is heavenly. Its not over powering. Idk where it came from either but everytime we walked in, it was a nice, Ahhh, yes, we are back smell that I'll always remember. We walked in after 2 days of traveling with young kids and the smell, the sight of the ocean, and the background relaxing music they even had on the tv.. 😍

We’ve now stayed in both of Susan’s units at the Van Lee! We absolutely loved this one. First, Susan is an amazing, detail oriented host who leaves no questions unanswered. Next, everything from check-in, obtaining access, food recommendations, WiFi info, and anything else you could possibly think of was taken care of without a hitch. Susan thinks of everything! The condo is gorgeous, very modern, and just perfect! You could literally hear the ocean waves in the quiet of the master bedroom as you were lulled off to sleep each night. Check-out instructions were super simple and explicitly explained leaving no room for confusion. I just hope that it’s available for us next summer because any other place will always come in second place compared our stay with Susan and Dave! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!
