This is a cozy condo. Perfect for just one person but definitely room for more. I was looking for one of the most peaceful places I could find right on the ocean and that is exactly what I got. Could totally unplug and no hustle and bustle. I absolutely loved it. If I ever get the chance I would come back and stay in this exact condo. Hosts made sure it was stocked for your basic needs. Had a great ocean view. Hosts very responsive and kind.

The property was clean, well stocked, and perfect oceanfront view. We stayed 2 nights while attending a wedding at St Regis. It was an ideal location. Check in was super easy! We'd love to come back again and stay longer. We did not use any on-site amenities, but they look very nice! 10/10 recommend! Host was very thorough, communicative, and helpful.

We loved the space, and the balcony and oceanfront views and smells and sounds were exactly what we needed. It allowed us to never leave the beach, even when we needed to come in off the sand for a few hours. Space was clean, furniture was comfortable, and host was accommodating and allowed us our privacy to spend time together. We are already looking ahead to stay again.

The location was great! The beach was beautiful and lots of good exercise to walk in the mornings, and fun to explore in the evenings to watch the tiny crabs. The owners were so thoughtful knowing we were leaving our daughter to “adult” in NC after we left for the journey home to KY. It was well stocked unit and the perfect place to relax during this move.

Place was great. Perfect for family of 4, 2 kids under 8. Beach was great, clean, and not overcrowded. Pool was nice and didn’t get too crowded either.

We had a wonderful time. The place was excellent. Very well stocked. We loved aitting on the balcony and watching the waves. Perfect location for family or couple looking to enjoy some peaceful sun.

Nice place to stay

Everything was great! Description was accurate. Easy to reach & fast replies. Offered extended check out time — which is worked great for us. Very appreciative of the hospitality. Location on the beach was great too—beautiful view! Weather towards the end of trip was not as sunny out but still amazing!

This is a beautifully appointed property. Meticulously maintained, well provisioned for guest, and super attentive host. If you're not staying here you are doing it wrong.

My husband and I came down for just a quick weekend to get away and relax, and this condo did not disappoint . It had a great view of the ocean from the balcony and living room. The chairs and table were great and perfectly positioned on the balcony where you could easily see over the railing and down onto the beach. Access to get to the beach was easy. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows to use and blankets. I highly recommend it!

We very much enjoyed our stay here even as hurricane debby came through. Condo was perfect for our family and the host was very responsive. We got some breaks in the weather and the weekend turned out to be great!

We loved it. The condo had everything we needed. It was well stocked with supplies that all the other places I had stayed didn’t provide. The place was quiet and well taken care of. The owner was easy to contact and quick with responses and resolving any issues. Highly recommend

Perfect get away right in the beach. The condo had everything we needed from beach supplies to laundry supplies to well equipped kitchen. Cozy and nice for a couple or small family. We had issues with the lock but owners responded quickly to solve the problem. Restaurant recommendations were also nice.

We absolutely enjoyed our 3 day stay with convenient parking and access to the ocean and pool. In building one you have just a quick walk to the pool so convenient and don’t have to worry about the noise of having it right outside your window. Everything was perfectly clean and it was wonderful not to have to worry about towels or bed sheets. One less thing to park and unpack. Even board games in case you get rained in but fortunately the weather behaved. We have already voted to have Arr Place as our repeat family beach trip location.
