This is a historic 3 floor building on the 5th Avenue of the Arts in downtown Nashville. In the early 1900s it was the Armstrong Corset Shop. Over the last several years we renovated the 3rd floor & roof into 3 unique lofts.
It's got double spiral stairs that we welded on site. 15-20' ceilings and exposed original brick. Private rooftop deck in the middle of downtown Nashville.
There is copper and cedar shake siding to the rooftop room.

Stayed May 2, 2019Well situated and so interesting. Took time to have coffee fixings for us and shampoo and soap amenities. The space for bags before and after checkout was so vsluable

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Perfect spot for a weekend getaway to a festival in the park. Property, was clean, well thought out, and the rooftop was great. In walking distance to anything, two doors down from a great coffee shop & cafe, bar downstairs, and a walgreens across the street. What else could you want?

Stayed Aug 14, 2024Absolutely amazing Loft in the middle of downtown Nashville. Just far enough off Broadway to give you some quiet space but 5 minutes away walking from Broadway! Unbelievable loft spacious, everything you need is included, Walgreens across the street for anything you may need, Starbucks right outside the building. Five stars all around!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024This rental was perfect!!!! My wife and I came to Nashville for the first time! Next time we come, we’ll be booking this unit again! Location was perfect, super clean, great host who communicated quickly and helped us a ton! Vijay was great and when our flights were cancelled upon our departure, he helped us with luggage storage. The Standard Whiskey Bar below was perfect, and a nice spot to get away from the crazy that is Broadway! 2 block walk at most to Broadway…..downhill, so, we found ourselves taking an Uber back most days. Don’t hesitate and book here! Quiet, quaint, relaxing! Rooftop for late night and coffee in the mornings was great!
