Stayed Sep 6, 2024The property is indeed beautiful, and the views are stunning. However, we experienced some discomfort due to the A/C, which remained at 76 degrees (even after trying to adjust) making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The guest bedroom lacked a functioning ceiling fan which exacerbated the heat. Additionally, both toilets had low water pressure, requiring multiple flushes to work properly. These issues affected the overall comfort during our stay, and addressing them would significantly enhance the experience for future guests.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025What we most loved about this place was the view. Also there are two pools and a hot tub and a study wooden deck that you can walk down to get to the beach. The host was very quick replying back to my messages as well.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Excellent location. Awesome view of the beach. Unit was great with the exception of freezer, it struggled to freeze ice cubes. Place mats would be nice addition to kitchen supplies. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Swimming pools were nice and clean. Great communication with owner and condo staff was friendly and very helpful. Will book again and will highly recommend to family and friends.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024The condo at Aransas Princess was great. It was my wife and her parents on this trip. Access to the beach was perfect. The pools and hot tub were nice. The owner was great, when we did have a problem with water from the kitchen sink, we had a maintenence person in the condo fixing the problem within the hour. Our view was great from the covered balcony. Loved the time. It went way too fast.
