The condo was perfect, clean and beautiful. Just steps from the beach, and only a 10 min. Drive into town. Lots of things to do in the area, and many great restaurants too.

Perfectly peaceful location!

This house was prefect for our little getaway to Amelia Island. The walkway to get over the dunes is super close to the home so didn’t take long to get to the beach. The pool is small but also just a very short walk from the home. Downtown and restaurants are only a 15 min drive and the grocery store was only 3 mins. Our only complaints would be no bathroom on the main level and the beds were not super comfortable. The value for the location and beach access was worth it to us.

Great place right on the beach. Have to walk long boardwalk to get to beach but is right out the back sliding glass door. Pool across the street was nice.Had most everything we needed in the kitchen and washer and dryer was nice perk.Is in need of a good deep clean though.

The condo was outdated: from the decor, carpet on stairs(not the cleanest), old refrigerator and no ice maker.

This property was just fabulous! Absolutely stunning ocean views from the master especially from the balcony. Extremely spacious floor plan. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. I immediately booked this property for our next trip to Amelia.

The cleanliness upon arrival was subpar. The bed in master bedroom was hard, had to buy mattress topper. The master bath shower floor and sink basin needs work. The dryer was awful. No bathroom on ground floor was rough. Expected better for the . On the whole it was acceptable and we had a good time. Fernandina needs to allow more freedom of fishing from beach. This 10 am to 5 pm kind of cuts fishermens throats. You would think they knew more about how marine life works than to remove a necessary marine life control and ammenity.

This is a charming property with a million dollar beach view in a well maintained small complex.

Property was clean, with an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. Access to the beach was great! We really enjoyed our stay!

Very much liked the stay - the house was very clean and comfortable and a close walk to the beach. Sunrise views from the bedroom were fantastic!

This was a very relaxing place to stay on beautiful Amelia Island. We enjoyed walking Historic Fernandina and walking the beach.

Loved this spot! Perfect location on the beach. Felt like you were far from development but only minutes to groceries and downtown Fernandina Beach.

A good quite place to relax with a great view and wonderful restaurants about 15 minutes away. Choices of lower and ipper deck offered great places to read and enjoy a drink. If you don't want stairs don't book this condo. Wasnt a problem for us but you should know.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was located in a quiet area of the beach, yet was conveniently located to a grocery store and several restaurants.The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed. My wife, a self-described clean freak, said this was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Location was excellent. Communication with management was superb. Had a lovely stay. Spent lots of time on both decks and walking the lovely, easily accessible beach. Would go back again!

This property was in a great location. Right on the beach and an easy drive to the Historic District, Fort Clinch and Yulee for a movie. The property itself could use a refresh and a deep clean. But, all-in-all it was an enjoyable stay.

This property is beachfront, beyond the dune area. Spaciouswith all necessary items. Note that there are many steps up to the condo from the driveway, and there is no bathroom on the main floor, so tough on folks with limited mobility. Host was extremely responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was outstanding

Very nice condo in great location on Amelia Island. Easy access to beach via boardwalk. Beach was virtually deserted on weekdays. Great views of ocean from upper deck. Well appointed kitchen & bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The location of the condo was great! The views were perfect, and there was plenty of space for us to relax. Access to the beach was easy, and it was not overcrowded in this particular area. We would definitely visit again!

The neighborhood was wonderful, easy to get to and from your destinations. The home had two levels of specular views, and the beach is one of the best Florida beaches I’ve ever enjoyed - whether you are alone, a couple, or a large group with kids. The beds were mediocre at best, the pillows had no support, the furnishings were dated (nothing to worry about if you have kids), the fixtures were well past due for updating. The main steep entryway stairs were lacking a rail. We enjoyed our stay in Amelia and would definitely consider staying in one of the other townhomes in this complex. If you have littler kids this place is a great value and location.

Very nice property right on boardwalk to private beach. The master bedroom has ocean views from the balcony which are just lovely. Super easy to walk to the beach and the beach has plenty of room - if you are okay with walking for 5 mins either way can essentially have a large space all to yourself. After nightfall the beach is completely empty for a romantic nighttime stroll. Nicely located as an easy drive to the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Amelia Island!
