Our only issue was that we were provided in advance with a door code that did not work. It was 108 degrees when we arrived and carried all of our luggage up to the second floor. With eight family members waiting outside the door, we were VERY frustrated that the code we were given did not work. In addition, when we called the 24/7 support number we were given, the voicemail stated that he was out of town with limited cell service. No alternate number was given. I texted as well and did not get a reply to either for 90 minutes. We eventually figured the door code out ourselves (after three different people tried about 50 different combinations), but were not happy with the error or the lack of customer service. The host/manager later apologized and said he had a small family emergency, but they need to have a plan B when things like that occur. Had we not figured out the code on our own, we would have had to repack the cars, drive somewhere else, and wait an hour and a half for his reply. The next day, we heard another renter complain that they were also given the wrong code, although we're not sure if they rented from the same owner. In addition, the pool closest to the unit was green and nasty-looking, so we had to walk to another pool (which would not have been a big deal had it been cooler). We requested a partial refund afterwards for the hassles, but were told no. Other than that, the unit was really nice and spacious.

The master bathtub does not drain well. Fills up with a lot of water as you are showering. Also the shower curtain did not appear very clean around the bottom and was falling off the holders at the very top. The master bed has no bed skirt covering the exposed box spring. Also, the fridge ice machine doesn't appear to be working. Very inconvenient that we couldn't fill our water bottles with ice water for our day's activities. We liked the stocked games and the lovely view. Thank you.

Kids loved the pools and the host provided plenty of life jackets for the little ones. The bikes were fun, too!

Greg was an amazing host. A responsive and polite communicator. The inside property was very clean and tastefully presented. Fully stocked. Plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, etc., and it was nice that there was a variety of seasonings left in the cupboard. The grill on the patio was very handy. Grilling steaks with that view wasn’t too shabby either :-)

Great place to stay! Very clean and fit our family well. We have stayed in Las Palmas many times and this has been one of the best places to stay.

St. George is a great place to visit. Zion is awesome. The place is clean and very comfortable. Greg was great to work with. When the Keurig wasn't working he brought a new one over immediately.

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved that they had life jackets available for kiddos and pack and play and high chair for baby. Host communicated well and was willing to provide us with more supplies( toilet paper, soap, dish detergent) if we ran short as we stayed almost 10 days. Would book again here for sure.

Stunning views. Clean, well stocked, organized and ready for all ages. A high chair and pack n play were a bonus. Owner responded quickly. We will be staying here again.

We always enjoy staying at Las Palmas. Great location and fun activities for the kids. In the winter the pools close at 5:45 which was a bummer. We were there over new years and the pools closed early. We had an issue with the toilet and shower being clogged. The plunger was cheap so we used a hanger to unclogg it. The shower drain had tons of hair in it and we had to dig the hair out of the drain with a hanger. Other than that the condo was fine.

Great location, amenities and had everything you need

We loved our stay! Comfortable beds and couches in a nicely updated condo. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, cooking oils and we LOVED the hot water kettle. The view is gorgeous day and night, and the location is central to all parts of StG. We noticed an impressive number of amenities for travelling families, and the host is so welcoming. We would love to stay there again on another trip.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo was incredibly inviting, beautifully stocked with amenities, and the view was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotless, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable.Check-in was seamless thanks to the clear instructions, and we really appreciated the reference book filled with great local suggestions for restaurants, shopping, and activities.The complex itself was peaceful yet full of things to do—several heated pools, a gym, playgrounds, pickleball courts, and a lovely walking path. The condo was also very kid-friendly, with scooters, bikes, pool toys, and even sand toys for the playground.Overall, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would!

Great location and amenities. The host has every small appliance you could need and lots of extras (laundry detergent, dishwashing pods and soap, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, cooking oil, and more). The views were amazing. Highly recommend!

Everything was so clean and the condo is gorgeous with the most beautiful view of Green Valley. The host had lots of fun stuff to keep everyone busy and happy and they really went above and beyond to accommodate my family. There are several pools and amenities and it’s moments away from close to 10 golf courses. Lodgings always a stressful part of travel and that was really eliminated before we even arrived. We will definitely be staying again if we’re in St. George and I would recommend anyone else going to the area get it booked.

Spent the week here with my teenagers and had so much space to spread out and not be tripping over each other. My partner spent the morning hours out on the deck soaking up the incredible view.This condo had everything we needed plus more! My daughter especially loved the bikes and would go for a ride each evening. I will definitely try to book this property again!

Kids loved riding scooters in morning and evening. Used pool almost every day after hiking. Location was perfect for trip to Zion and Bryce. Condo was comfortable and well stocked. My son (44) said he would come back again.

Nicely updated, everything you would need, host is very quick to respond when contacted, we have stayed at these condos for over 15 years and this is by far the nicest.

4 young adults who were running the St George Marathon and my husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for 3 nights. It could not have been better. The 3 bedrooms are laid out very well. It was sparkling clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the porch is gorgeous. We took advantage of the pools and used the grill at the condo. Everything is in perfect working condition. I would love to come back and would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting the St. George area.

I stayed here with three of my sisters to celebrate a sister’s milestone birthday. The condo was very clean and super comfortable, a perfect place for us to hang out when we weren’t exploring the area. The view to the west is wonderful.

We stayed at this rental on Labor Day weekend. The place is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The master bed was a little too tall for me to get into but other than that the view is beautiful in the bedroom, kitchen and porch. Lots of access to different pools which we took advantage of. We did not use the bikes or scooters. We mostly parked by the garage since the fews spots got taken quickly. We loved everything about it and definitely recommend it! Host was very responsive with any questions we had.

Wonderful, clean, condo. We wanted a central location where we could relax when not sight seeing. Our kids loved the pools. The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.
