Amazing Updated Ledges Condo-- Lakefront 3 BR/2BA Unit w/ Cove View

It was clean, and updated. Everything we needed was provided. The host even reached out to make sure our accommodations were ok. Highly recommend

Rules not easily accessible and no shower supplies

Great location! Loved the beach access. The unit sleeps 8 and we had 6, but it was tight. Enough beds, but not enough room in the living room , dining, and kitchen. It was tight with 6, I'm grateful that 2 in our party couldn't make it. When we walked in the door upon arrival, the baseboards were dirty as was the sliding glass door and some other areas. The sliding glass door was difficult to open. The screen door was ripped and dirty. There were cob webs in multiple rooms/places. The lamp in the living room was broken and a towel bar in the bathroom fell out easily. Great lake view, beautiful master bath, kitchen stocked will enough.

We really enjoyed our stay. Just as shown in the listing and great location convenient to access.

Stayed for a Bach trip! Perfect location for activities and the water. The owners were so kind and helpful when the shower head was giving us troubles. They came in 5 minutes and fixed the issue right away. Will definitely stay again!

Had a great stay

I booked this condo for my sister-in-law and mother-in law and 2 young nieces. They rate the overall stay as fantastic, the condo was comfortable as were the beds, The kitchen was well stocked with all the spices you will need, there were ample dishes, but we could have used more forks as this condo was used for family dinners for 10 plus people. There was ample supply of laundry necessities with bath towels and beach towels. The girls especially loved watching the ducks and turtles swimming about. There was one small issue with the stack pipe for the hvac that was clogged. The HOA was able to contact Roto Rooter to clear the drainpipe, they were there immediately, had it fixed and were out the door in a flash. Thank you, Sandy, for your immediate attention and for creating a home away from home for my family.

The condo was very clean and family friendly for our family of 6. We enjoyed the lake life as well as the two pools that were close.

We had a great time enjoying the condo. The sunsets off the balcony and pool were beautiful. Even the rain in the morning was peaceful. This condo is located close to activities but still privately tucked away. Comfy cozy and enjoyed by all.

We had a wonderful time catching up with old friends for a long summer weekend. The condominium was clean, the property owner was easy to communicate with, and it was very convenient to restaurant’s & activities. We’d return again with no hesitation.

Great access to water for fishing or other activities. Walmart is nearby and plenty of restaurants and stuff to do around the area. Overall a great place to vacation.

The condo was relaxing and roomy…got to see baby turtles with their momma and daddy..along with ducks from the balcony..granddaughter thought that was great! Also saw all types of boats going back and forth from the balcony. Even had time to experience the pool. The family had a great time.

We had an amazing time at this property. Everything was very clean and nice. Sandra was great to talk with and super informative. We loved bringing our boat there. Only thing is, you can’t leave trailer at condo so we had to find a place to store last minute. Would highly recommend!

Equipped with everything you would need. Lots of extras makes the condo have a homey feel. Will definitely stay there again!
