Amazing Two Story 3 Bdrm Gulf Front Condo - 2 Master Suites w/ Balcony views

The weather was perfect this week for the beach. The condo has plenty of room to spread out. It could use a little TLC and new sheets.

Very clean condo with a view of the beach. Owner was quick to respond to an issue we had with leaking toilet and plumber was there conveniently to fix the issue. Close drive to ma y restaurants and things to do with the kids

We had a wonderful extra long Labor Day beach weekend stay at John & Sue's condo in Miramar beach. A great, comfortable condo with amazing view of the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again soon!

We enjoyed our time at the beach and the condo was absolutely perfect for our family! I love the two master bedrooms, dual balconies and the view! Thank you and we are already looking forward to our next vacay here.

The condo had plenty of space for our family, 5 adults and 2 kids. The property location is great, but the condo was not very clean inside. My wife mopped & swept to clean it up a bit. There is mold in the shower in the upstairs master. It wouldn’t take a lot to make it a nice space.

Our family has been traveling to Destin for YEARS and have never reviewed a property but this unit was disappointing to say the least. My husband did see that it's listed for sale so I'm sure that's a factor. We didn't receive a door code beforehand and had to contact the owner. Upon arrival, immediately sent pics to the owner of the trash/filth. The cleaning didn't improve despite the cleaners continuing to clean after our check-in time. We were credited our cleaning fee but just felt disgusting all week. The master toilet ran and the refrigerator didn't cool well. The unit is in poor shape overall (peeling popcorn ceiling, stains, etc). Outside of the owners control, they were constantly doing work around the complex/unit next door and we had to listen to loud noises constantly. The water to the building had to be turned off for hours one day. Again, I have never felt I needed to leave a review but encourage the owner to be more involved in what is being advertised.

I asked to check in a hour early because I didn’t realize the time difference from North Carolina, the owner said no problem if the cleaning lady was finished,well she wasn’t matter of fact she was not done until an hour and half past our check in time so we didn’t get into our condo until almost 5 pm our check in time was 3;00 the rest of trip was good until the last day they were drilling and banging all morning and afternoon long they finally stopped at bedtime thank god

Furniture was old, the couch felt like you sitting in sand, mold in the bathrooms, blinds were broken, dust on the walls. The pit and pans were In bad shape, hair in the stairs. Carpet felt dirty. Owners was easy to get a hold of and very nice, I just think the people cleaning the place is not do g a good job,

Great location. Great gulf views. Plenty of room for four kids and two adults. Easy walk to the beach. Well furnished condo.

The balcony views were perfect every morning with coffee. Even though you’re 7 units back from the ocean it feels like you’re right on it with the way the building is designed. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. Beach service was great

Owner was friendly and responded quickly to messages. Place was clean and spacious. Very close to beach.

Condo was as mentioned. Sue was an excellent host and very attentive to our questions and needs. Beautiful beaches, quiet area with a lot of shops and places to eat near by.

The condo was convenient and perfect for our purposes. The double main bedroomsade traveling with a 1 year old so much easier. Thank you!

Condo was very spacious, could have used a bit of cleaning (coffee pot for sure) and the upstairs was much warmer than downstairs , it seemed the air conditioner wouldn’t get cooler than 73 upstairs. But overall the condo and location was great for our family of 7, plenty of room.

This condo is in a perfect location. We didn't want to leave and the kids are talking about going back next year. A bathroom for every bedroom is really nice with a family. The property manager was always on top of communication both before and during our trip. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
