AMAZING OCEAN VIEW with PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS !!!

This property had absolutely everything we needed. The walk to the pool and beach was much shorter than it appears in the photos. Beautiful view from balcony is as advertised- what a treat to watch the sun rise over the ocean each morning. Beach chairs/towels/umbrella and even toys if you have children were provided. Communication with the host was excellent. We loved everything about the Resort itself- restaurants, poolside bar, and beautiful grounds. The beach itself is amazing. Things to consider: Great for 2 people, but may be small for more than that. Unit is on 3rd floor, so lots of stairs (Elevator available, but it's in a different section of the building). Pool is not heated, so we didn't use it (early April)- but most of the kids staying at the Resort didn't mind at all. None of those things affected our wonderful stay, though! Great unit at a wonderful resort, with a very attentive host.

Everything was exactly as advertised.

The condo was perfect location. The only v complaint that I have, no control over it from owner, is that the beach walk next to hotel was still under construction and the adjacent buildings roof was getting repaired (we had to hear construction during our stay). Everything else was perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful property.

My husband and I booked this four-night getaway in June during the winter while temporarily living in Chicago while I received medical treatment. It was wonderful. Everything you need is on site as far as restaurants and activities. There are also places to shop and eat just up the street. We used the grills on site and brought some nice steaks and other things to grill. Our unit was very clean and smartly decorated and came with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and soaps. Bath towels and beach towels were also provided. There were clean linens on the bed, beach chairs, a wagon and beach umbrella for trips to the beach right up the boardwalk. Pickleball equipment is also provided. There are courts on the back side of the building. There are bike rentals and lots of trails. There is a large swimming pool. A DJ comes daily and plays music, does music trivia and games, karaoke, etc. You don't have to participate, but it's a fun atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped. It even had a little diswasher and a couple of dishwasher packets were provided. My only complaint is one that not everyone will experience. I am 5 ft 2 inches tall, and the bed is very high. It is comfortable, but I struggled to get up on it. It is a great place for a romantic getaway. The view of the beach is a bit far away, which the pictures reveal, so if you want to be right in the beach, this isn't for you. The boardwalk is right outside and very convenient!

The location of this property was absolutely perfect! It’s centrally located with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores, making everything so convenient. Even better, the condo is just steps away from both the beach access and the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It truly couldn’t have been a better spot!

We had a great stay! Our host was easy to communicate with and had no reasons to bother since the condo was very accommodating!

Lovely views! Be prepared for stairs because the elevator is a ways away but the walking was good for our heart health!

Unit was clean and nice. You can see the ocean. A water fountain blocks the sound of the ocean, but still nice. I would recommend staying here.

We love coming to this property - Diane is always so wonderful to work with! It's a beautiful property, always so clean, and has all the amenities of home. The beach access is perfect and the view from the balcony is beautiful and so relaxing!

Unhealthy mold presence

Everything we needed. Check-in was easy the Hostess and checkin staff was super friendly. Easy and close access to the beach and pool. Condo was clean, kitchen stocked. Shelter Cove near by from additional dinning off resort and grocery. Enjoyed my view from the balcony every morning with coffee! Will be back next year.

Love the view from the 3rd floor balcony. Can view the pool and ocean from the condo balcony. Condo was appropriate size for two adults and two small children on the bunk beds.

Close to the beach, very clean. View of the ocean. No elevator as description claimed but was given a small rebate for that. Excellent customer service. Enjoyed my stay.

Slept well, enjoyed the View from the balcony, and loved the three-minute walk to the beach.

Perfect spot for family beach vacation. Condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Beach, pool, tennis courts and restaurants are great amenities within the resort. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Great place to stay. Third floor offered great sunrise views. Condo had everything you could need already in it.

I had high hopes but unfortunately this place just fell short. There was no soap in the bathroom, no sheets on the pull out couch. The floor was filthy. Didn't matter how often I showered my kids, their feet were black. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, but this place was just dirty. Location, however, was incredibly convenient!

Perfect location! My family consisted of 2 adults and 1 (8YR old) and 1 (7YR old). While there were bunk beds the kids opted to sleep on the pull out sofa. We stayed for nights and had all the beach necessities within the condo. Wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. I would recommend black out curtains just to keep the sunlight to a minimum and the condo cool. But WOW the view was incredible! We will definitely be back!

This condo is all that is written and more! Great remodel with many special touches. My granddaughters spent a couple nights with us so the bunks came in handy and they loved the soft blankets and fluffy pillows. Our bed was comfortable too. Nicely stocked kitchen with all you need. And loved the ice maker! Plenty of beach chairs and new boogie boards, nice beach umbrella. The hallway storage was handy for my husbands beach fishing cart. The tip to use the provided wagon for groceries was smart. Nice towels and like the extra storage in the bathroom. We drove down but if you fly this condo is perfect because everything that’s hard to pack is provided. Be aware there is an elevator but it is at the other end of the building. We used the steps most of the time and it’s really only 2 flights because there is a short set to enter the building. Owner very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed!

Property was nice & easy to check in. Great location & view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the sliding screen door was not functioning (off track & non working) so it was a disappointment not to take advantage of the beautiful weather while in the condo. I did let our host know & was told it would be addressed. We still enjoyed the access to the beach .

The unit was as advertised. A good view of the beach and easy access. Did not know the RBC Heritage golf tournament was on when I booked so traffic on the island was heavy which made getting around more difficult. Other than that it is a good time of year to visit. I would recommend, but know what activities are going on.

Really was a great view! Great communication with property manager. Close to beach and had a great St Patrick’s day!
