Upon entering Koastal View, you’re greeted with a beautifully decorated condo with an ocean view. Everything is laid out in a way that is easy to find and it’s fun to find the notes throughout with helpful hints from Dann and Nancy. There’s a helpful scrapbook with recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Great location, beautiful views and the condo had everything we needed from linens to beach chairs/toys. Watching the fireworks from the balcony was icing on the cake! Highly recommend!

Dann and Nancy take pride in their property and it shows in every detail. They are very kind and responsive. The condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. Light, bright, beautiful and immaculate. With the framed notes around the condo with instructions, and incidentals available, we wanted for nothing. Checking in and out were an absolute breeze. Please believe every review and stay at Koastal View. You won't be sorry.

The condo exceeded our expectations. My wife, daughter, and I loved it. It was very clean, well appointed, and the owners have clearly thought about what travelers may need while away from home. The balcony was great for watching sunrises and sunsets. Pelican Watch can be easily accessed by using Dow Road and Ocean Blvd instead of driving through Carolina Beach (though that’s not too bad). A great place to consider for time on the beach.

This place was absolutely amazing! Everything and more was thought of when you stay in this home. Dann/Nancy are fantastic and any questions you have they answer. When you walk in you literally feel like you are home. The welcome gift was a very thoughtful touch.The view captures you no matter where you are and draws you out onto the wonderful deck. The deck furniture is wonderful and a great place to watch the pelicans dive bomb the water, we saw pods of dolphins go through in the morning and in the evening. The beds are so comfortable. There was not one thing that we did not have that we wished was there. My husband usually has something to say in the negative and this time, all he could say was Wow! He could not find one thing wrong with it and asked when we could book for next year! The pay it forward that all the guests do is fantastic. The beach and the ocean were amazing and easy to walk on. There are places within walking distance, otherwise the island has a Golf Cart Taxi for cheap to take you places that is very reasonable. Dann and Nancy, thank you so much, out of all the coastal places we have stayed in, yours is number 1! Definitely going back!!!

A vacation in this area for five straight years and stayed at multiple properties. This so far is my favorite. The host provides everything you could possibly need. Plenty of dishes if you’d like to cook. there are hygiene and laundry items as well as a first day cabinet. Each room is beautifully decorated. Primary bedroom has ocean front view and extremely comfortable. This property has an elevator to make it easy to get to your room, much better than many places with stairs.There are plenty of books and puzzles just in case of a rainy day. The balcony is accessible from the living area as well as the primary bedroom plenty of room for the family to sit and watch the ocean.I stayed here for four nights and I would book at this property again.

We loved our stay at this property! The location was ideal. The view of the beach was just what we needed. Parking was super easy. One of my favorite things was how well stocked the condo was, beyond even what was in the online listing. I’m glad I waited until we arrived to do our shopping. I rated the check in 4 stars not because it was hard, but because the time limit made it stressful. We had an 8 hour drive to get there and were very generous with how much time we gave ourselves, but there’s always a possibility of delays if you encounter an accident on the interstate. If we had hit any significant traffic on the way, we likely would’ve been later than the required arrival time. We ended up arriving on time, but I would hope there is some sort of back up in place.Overall we loved this condo and would definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated and super clean! Pictures online do not do it justice. A lot of extras (paper products, detergent, etc.) in case you forgot anything. We had forgotten aloe but found some in the bathroom cabinet. Great location. Walking distance to ice cream shop and Granny's Kitchen. Spectacular ocean view! Got some great photos! Owners are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Easy check-in. We'll definitely book this one again. Highly recommended.Thank You!

Third year staying at Dann and Nancy's condo. Accommodations were excellent as always. You cannot beat the location. And we had the added entertainment of watching the pelicans dive bomb for fish on multiple days. Enjoyed it thoroughly as always.

This place is worth repeat vacation visits to! This is our second stay. The space is lovely, very easy to settle into and just start enjoying.

I can't say enough about how awesome this condo is and how much we enjoyed our three night stay! We were so impressed by how nice and updated everything in the condo is. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, to the living area furniture and tables, to the outside patio furniture! EVERYTHING! We also appreciated all of the little touches and things the owners thought about to make the stay even more comfortable (beds already made, pay it forward concept for refrigerator stuff, lots of supplies already there - from kitchen supplies to beach stuff - even a complimentary bottle of wine). We also loved the upgraded things like the remote controlled blinds and fans. Last but not least, my favorite place to be was on the patio in those awesome swivel chairs overlooking the great view of the ocean and the dunes. The owner was very communicative and responsive, as well, which was much appreciated! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was perfect for our girls' getaway. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated, and had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay. Access to the beach was easy; guest parking was convenient; and the building's location right at the back way to Wilmington was great for when we wanted to slip away for some shopping. The hosts gave us some excellent dining recommendations - Havana's, Lake Park Steak House, and Freddie's - and all three were fabulous. Highly recommend this condo and location!

Very nice property in the heart of Carolina Beach. The owners strive in making your stay like being a Home away from Home and that really shows. There are extras everywhere. Forgot dish tabs for the washer, no problem, there are extra under the cabinet. Need a couple pool noodles, they are in the closet. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine. The view was also fantastic. Carolina Beach is loaded with fun things to do and tons of really good locally owned restaurant choices. If you have trouble picking a few out, no problem, the owners are extremely quick to respond, really friendly and will bend over backwards to offer a suggestion. All in all, a great place to spend with your family.
