Amazing ocean view 2BR/2BA condo w/ community oceanfront pool

This condo is spacious and well appointed. It was completely remodeled at some point in time and is very comfortable. It has a nice 5X10 deck with chairs and is on the third floor for an unobstructed view of the ocean. The ocean is the color of the Caribbean because there is much less silt and is very clear.

Both sliding doors did NOT lock and the large sliding door was duct taped and painters taped as it was broken. Safety was a concert the whole time. The pictures did not show the door as is. The light shines in all night in the twin bedroom. Chairs in den very uncomfortable

It was a perfect beach location. Unobstructed and down the beach a little, a view of Johnny Mercer pier. We loved the space and particularly the well appointed kitchen. We did drinks on the balcony and dinner for two at the dining table.The pool looked great, but unfortunately, they had just closed it for the season. The only downside.

Incredible view. Perfect for the price. Would stay again. The only negative was the central air flow into the master bedroom was very poor. That needs to be addressed asap.

Great access to beach with beautiful ocean view and very close to the Wrightsville Bridge! The condo was spacious and clean. Only issue with very uncomfortable beds and balcony furniture in desperate need of updating. Should have communicated the exterior construction before the nonrefundable payment was made.

This condo is in desperate need of some TLC. The front room had no dresser to unpack so you live out of a suitcase for your stay. The balcony furniture was uncomfortable and cheap! Fortunately, the showers had been recently remodeled but the front bedroom closet is a total mess. This condo needs a professional organizer. I have paid the same price for other condos that were so nice.

Great place with a great beach. We found some fossilized great white teeth and a 4” mammoth tooth while walking the beach.

The property was as advertised. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful beach area. Great places to eat!

Our experience was very good. Property was as described. Great ocean and pool views. Only negative. was water just tricked in bathroom sink but that was an easy work around for us. Overall a great experience. Likely return.

The property is well maintained and is in a great location with easy beach access. The condo had ample space for our family of 4 and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking with a nice amount of counter space. The maintenance staff immediately came up to address an issue and was very pleasant. We had a 5am flight when we left so the checkout requirements were a bit cumbersome but pretty standard for rentals these days where they basically want all the dishes done, trash taken out, beach towels washed and beds stripped. I felt bad for the other units who had to hear us taking trash to the shoot at 2am. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Beautiful ocean front condo. Airlie Gardens was beautiful even though not much was in bloom. Riverwalk and the boat tour had great historic information. Enjoyed our beach time too!
