Amazing Downtown Nantucket Condo, Close to Everything!

Our stay was amazing! The space was clean, the location was unbeatable, and the welcome gifts were a pleasant surprise! We would definitely stay again!!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. It is located conveniently right in town. Although there is no on-site parking (first come, first serve street parking), the car was not necessary. The unit is very comfortable with a spacious living area. I would certainly recommend.

Wonderful stay right in the center of Nantucket! The condo was perfectly furnished and had everything we needed for a family of 4. We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Location could not have been more convenient. 2 minute walk to the Ferry and lots of shops and restaurants. Host was extremely responsive as well!

This was our fourth or fifth stay here. Always very clean, perfect location, and easy communication with the host!

My husband and I along with our toddler thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo this summer. The location steps from Provisions can’t be beat right in town. All the details are cared for and we would definitely return. We appreciated the beach equipment and fully outfitted kitchen. The shared laundry room was nice to have access to. We did have to rent a pack and play as one wasn’t provided but the provided kids toys and books were appreciated!

We stayed with 4 girls for a little birthday getaway. This spot is a treasure! Amazing location. Beautiful home. Tranquil and perfect for our little rest away. Walking distance to ferry and all the downtown shops and restaurants. Owner is wonderful to interact with. I would love to stay here again.

My wife and I and our three young children had a fantastic long weekend stay at Andrew’s condo. The location was great and made it very easy as we got off the ferry with our bags. It’s central to everything downtown which made walking super easy during our stay. The condo was updated and clean and completely met our expectations. Would absolutely go back for another stay.

Darling unit with an excellent in-town location. Andrew was wonderful to work with and so helpful. Parking was shockingly easy right by the gate. We were glad we had earplugs in the morning with delivery trucks coming to the restaurants in town, but it was worth it to be in that spot. Cannot tell you how ideal this was for us!

Great week at at great property. Property is located in an excellent spot, steps from the water in the heart of the town. Access was easy and the communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone from small families like ours (2 adults, 2 kids) or couples just looking for a great spot to explore the island from.

This was our third or fourth stay at this property, and it is always immaculate. From checkin to checkout, everything went very smoothly. The hosts were responsive and the location was perfect for walking around town. We can’t wait for our next stay here.

My husband and I brought our 11,9 and 6 month old daughters to Nantucket and this property was absolutely perfect! The location is unmatched which made navigating town with our spread in kids ages so very manageable. We were right around the corner from great food, shops, drinks and marinas! Andrew was incredibly responsive and I couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our summer beach trip!

Perfect location for my visit. The condo is nicely outfitted and very comfortable. We walked and biked everywhere, no car needed. Beautiful hydrangeas & roses throughout the neighborhood.

The condo was in a great location to explore Nantucket. Everything was in easy walking distance. Andrew was great to work with, had no issues at all
