Amazing Direct Gulf View, 4th Floor, All renovated !

Our stay at this oceanfront condo was perfect from the moment we booked through our final day of vacation. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and we enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets every evening right from the property. The location was ideal—close enough to easily explore Tampa and Clearwater, yet far enough away to return to a quiet, peaceful, and less crowded beach. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Hanna is an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this beachfront Vrbo property and are already looking forward to returning for another stay.

The place was exactly as described. Updated and with everything needed. The primary bedroom was comfortable and the ensuite with double sinks was perfect for the two of us. We had guests stay a few nights and the second bedroom provided them with a private space and sole use of the second bathroom. Third BR was not used but would be perfect for children (or grandchildren). Beach front view was amazing and perfect for sunsets. Hanna and Hass were available when we needed and followed up to make sure all was good. Would definitely stay again.

This was my best VRBO experience since I starting booking through VRBO. The communication with the hosts is excellent. The property is everything the listing says it is. I will definitely rebook in the future.

We were so happy with our co do decision from the moment we arrived. Check-in was a breeze and the condo was spotless upon our arrival. Everything was as advertised and we could tell they really put some thought into what their guests may want or need. Location was perfect. Plenty to do within walking distance and just a few steps from the beach. We would absolutely recommend for anyone to stay at with Hanna and Hass.

Our host was so very accommodating so helpful! The condo was well supplied with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and linens so fresh. The decor was updated. We loved this place.

Excellent location for family beach vacation. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to reply when needed. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs, oversized beach towels, and pool toys were much appreciated! The condo was very clean with modern decor and high-end modern appliances. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Everything was wonderful! The condominium was cute and clean. it had everything for a family or a fun get away for friends. The view was spectacular! Dolphins and sunsets. It’s convenient to shops and restaurants as well as the St Pete Clearwater airport.

Super clean. Loved all the beach accessories. The pool was very cold and it would have been nice if it were heated as the temps started getting cooler.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hassan’s apartment — it was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A situation came up during our visit, but Hassan was incredibly kind and responsive in handling it. We truly appreciated his support and would love to return in the future.

Clean and well prepped for vacationers! Very impressed with the condo. However, there was a terrible amount of construction in the area including beach preservation project with constant movement of heavy equipment back and forth the beach area, also creating mucky water. Wish we had known ahead of time.

The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need for the beach (chairs, coolers, toys ) and more. It was the perfect location for our girls trip and the host are wonderful !

The property is exactly as described! It’s right on the beach so we could walk straight down to the beach everyday! We hope to be back and stay at the condo again!

What can i say? We absolutely love this unit. The decor all the way through makes you feel you are at the beach before you even step foot on the sand. Modern appliances were great. All the extra counter appliances were even modern! Any and everything you need for a day at the beach. Sand buckets, umbrellas, mats, chairs and it even has coolers to use.The pack and play and high chair provided was great as well.We love how great Hanna communicated with us prior to our arrival. We had a great week!

We had an absolute amazing stay. From walking in with the cute decor, to walking out on the deck and seeing the gulf. Watching fireworks on the beach on the 4th. And meeting amazing people. We will be coming back.

Perfect beach vacation! This well appointed, clean, and beautifully decorated condo is in a wonderful location and the beach is stunning! I cannot say enough about the owners, they are friendly, attentive, and have outstanding communication. We enjoyed a very relaxing week in an amazing condo on the water.

Amazing unit!! We enjoyed the stay. Mother Nature (hurricanes in Sept) caused a few set-backs but we made the best of it. Would stay there again for sure.

Really amazing week. Super clean and updated property. Loved the location. We enjoyed the balcony most of all. It's the BEST view and has the best space and seating for everyone. The outdoor showers to wash off and the pool/ bathrooms are not working yet. We loved our stay.

My family of 5 have stayed here for two years straight and it has not disappointed. The location and property are perfect, with everything you need included. Toys and chairs for the beach, kitchen appliances and owners are very responsive. We will be booking here again!

While our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Helene, we had a great time while we were there. The condo is nice, kitchen fully stocked, and everything was as described. Owners are great and stayed in contact with us as the hurricane developed. I would definitely rent from them again and hope to do so in the near future!

This was our second stay in this condo. Absolutely love everything about it! Our only add would be some reclining furniture. Wouldn’t stop us from renting but would add an additional touch.

Beautiful condo! Beautiful view! We had a wonderful experience. The owners are very friendly and their communication was excellent! Plenty of rooms and space for our family! We didnt use the extras such as beach chairs and beach towels but i really liked how much extra they had to offer their guest! I liked how they seemed to have thought of the little things such as providing some laundry pods for a couple loads making packing and traveling home super easy! They provided more than 1 trashbag which was nice! Access to the condo was very smooth and easy. We enjoyed our stay so much and would absolutely rent again if visiting the area.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! We had a family of 6 staying at this property, and it accommodated everyone perfectly. The unit is very clean and decorated beautifully. All the essentials were provided and the location is great. We look forward to staying at the property again in the future.

We were very impressed with the property and our unit in particular. You can tell the owners really thought of everything you might need on a beach vacation. From cooking utensils to beach toys, beach towels and board games, this place had it all. Right on the water with nice restaurant options within 10 minutes in either direction. We will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed at the Ocean View Condo at Seagate in July 2024. Everything was great! The condo was extremely clean and included all the items needed for a stress free stay - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, board games, etc. The condo is located on a beautiful, quiet street with walking and biking lanes and is walking distance to a very good seafood restaurant. The view from the balcony was priceless! The owners were helpful and just a phone call away if needed. They made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this beautiful condo and hope we can return in the future!
