Bright and cheerful condo with private exterior entrance. Featuring modern decor that comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 4 kids. Unit has mostly new appliances and furniture. Covered parking provided for your convenience as well as secured shed for your bikes if needed (please arrange before arrival). Located near Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon State Park and more. There are many things to do and see and this condo offers you a relaxing place to come home to after your daily adventures.

Stringent COVID-19 Cleaning practices are being implemented. This quiet Condo is located in Sports Village Resort. It is Located on the second floor (9 stairs up) with its own private access and has covered parking. A 65 flat screen TV in living room and a 43 flat screen TV in bedroom. Fully functional dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Large soaking tub in bathroom. Pool towels are also supplied for use in club house. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 5 with a very comfortable King size bed as well as the queen sized sofa sleeper and a full sized futon. Extra sheets and blankets provided. You also have access to a new washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. This condo has a private deck with outdoor seating as well.
High speed wireless internet is provided along with Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more.
Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools.
-2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round as long as outside temps are 45 degrees or higher.
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.
