Third time atTodds place… just perfect…great location , pool nearby…love it

Very nice place! We enjoyed the view and the location. The unit it right by the pool and it is very relaxing.

We loved this gem of a place to stay for over a week. Great location and desert vibe.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Such a lovely neighborhood. The owner is super communicative. This place has everything you need from spices and cooking ware in the kitchen, to laundry needs, even down to good toilet paper! We will be definitely be back!

Lovely home in a beautiful area. My only complaint is the pet hair that was left behind. Not a ton but enough for my allergies to be affected.

This property is excellent for a couples stay or two couples. The home is very nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, great communication regarding access, media utilization, amenities access, etc. the location was perfect for attendance of events at the Indian Wells Tennis complex and local golf courses. We look forward to returning.

We had a great experience. Todd is very responsive, helpful and great to work with. Everything was handled professionally and we will absolutely be booking this property in the future.

Everything was great thank you again your place is lovely and large. Just what we needed.

Communication, accuracy of home.

Golf cart included with the house

The place was amazing! Very clean and they had a lot of amazing items in the home! Well stocked with towels, dishes, pans, spices, ect. Would recommend in a heartbeat! Lovely patio and everything was perfect!

Was a relaxing time. The course was closed but it was ok. The house is great. Well stocked with everything. Very comfort - enjoyed!

This is an absolutely wonderful home in Rancho Mirage. Todd, the owner, did a great job updating the home, making it extremely comfortable for his guests. The home has two large bedrooms and a study with another bed. The home has a large open floor plan and very spacious bathrooms. The outdoor patio is very comfortable to relax on with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while watching the golfers swing by at they finish out the 9th hole on one of the communities 3 9-hold golf courses. The property is just off the the cul-de-sac, a little tucked away giving it a little more privacy. The pool is located right off the front of the house and super easy to walk to. Communication with Todd, was exceptional. He responds immediately whether it was before booking, during booking, or throughout the stay. Truly a pleasure to work with and a great home to stay at.

We had a great time. The condo was lovely and clean.

This condo really was AMAZING! We've stayed in the desert many times and this was definitely the most comfortable and well equipped place we've ever stayed. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed for cooking meals. First time we've ever had a comfortable place for all four of us adults to sit while watching t.v. inside, or sitting on the patio. Very comfortable a.c., great bed linens, beautiful patio with awning and fountain. Fantastic in every way!! Owner was immediate with responses to questions and helful in every way.

Very pleased with our stay and the communication from the host. Great location, south facing, proximity to the clubhouse and pool. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, well appointed condo on 9th fairway of Monterey County Club East Course with wonderful views. Clubhouse is very close by and its restaurant serves good food- breakfast, lunch, and dinner with friendly courteous staff. We loved our stay!

Wonderful… comfortable furniture on patio…close proximity to community pool…everything we needed was available… 2nd time renting… definitely stay again if available

Our family had such a great stay here. Everything was clean and very homey. The back patio is so nice, beautiful view. Host was easy to get in touch with! We’d love to come back soon!

Great views and everything was as pictured! Location was fabulous.

We stayed 3 nights for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and had a wonderful time. Sitting on the patio overlooking the golf course is paradise. There was a lot of space, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to play tennis at the club for a small fee. Our pup had a great time too! Communication with the owner was excellent. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home, we will be back.

This condo is located in Monterey Country Club with golf and lots of activities. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers on #9. Condo was roomy and well appointed with everything we needed, including a golf cart. Condo is in Palm Dessert and easy drive to lots of attractions including El Paseo, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Palm Springs, great restaurants and other activities. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent property. Exceeded expectations. And a very helpful and responsive host.

Property was very nice and a great location on the golf course. Only a couple of minor issues raising and lowering automatic blinds. Will definitely return to this property again.

Todd was amazing from the beginning of the booking. We stayed 2 weeks and didn’t want to come home. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and was very well stocked. We were impressed with the amount of seasoning options for cooking. All the kitchen utensils needed for cooking. Very clean and instantly felt like home. Will definitely rent from Todd again.

Very nice condo. Everything clean and host is very responsive. Beautiful Country Club. Had a great time.

Great communication with owner. Golf cart use was really nice!

Beautiful property, perfectly located in a spectacular community with all the amenities. Conveniently located near all the fun stuff the valley offers. Property owner was accessible and helpful. That allowed us to spend every minute soaking, golfing, hiking and relaxing.

Todd has a great place and was very kind and responsive with me. I highly recommend this place as it was absolutely amazing and very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back when I’m in Palm Desert again!

Lovely property, very comfortable, took some time figuring everything on the remotes, but it worked out well.
