Stayed Jul 20, 2025The condo had excellent views that we enjoyed waking up to each morning as well as great views from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with all things necessary to prepare any meals or snacks. The only thing negative about our stay was the beach set-ups. Though there is an umbrella and two chairs included in the condo, we needed t to rent another set-up which costs 90 for two days. The umbrellas are placed so close to one another that they are touching.Even if you have your own beach chairs there is little room between you and your neighbors! We could not ever get on the section by the water which meant being behind the first row and having to walk through someone's area. Also, I was glad we didn't bring our 10x10 canopy as they are not allowed on the beach until all the umbrellas are taken down by the staff. The location of the condo is perfect-so close to grocery stores and places to eat and shop! I did not realize that Destin beaches are seashell free so if that's what some enjoy doing, you may want to stay elsewhere-we drove to Navarre where we found some! I'm glad we got to experience the beautiful water in Destin.

My only suggestion would be to consider replacing a few items, such as the carpets, which, while likely clean, have a worn appearance.Aside from that, everything was excellent.

Stayed Jun 10, 2025We loved our stay on the 11th floor at Shoreline Towers! The condo was even bigger than expected, clean, and had amazing beach views — we even spotted a stingray from the window. Tile floors made sand cleanup easy, and the in-unit washer/dryer was perfect after beach days.Location was ideal, close to groceries, Target, and great restaurants like Merlin’s Pizza and Fudpucker’s. The beach setup with chairs and umbrella each morning was super convenient, and the pool was a great break when the kids got tired of the sand and waves.Check-in was easy, even after 11pm, and the property felt very secure. Elevators and carts made access a breeze. Perfect fit for our family’s needs and budget — we’d definitely stay again!

Stayed May 10, 2025Very clean & quiet property. Directions to complex were very precise. Description of unit was accurate. Everything we needed was provided. We never even turned the tv on. If we weren't on the beach, we were out on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves and the gorgeous view. Beach service was very nice to be able to just head down to the beach and not have to query about seeing up/tearing down chairs and umbella. The beach was clean and the water is just spectacular. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. It was very convenient having a washer/dryer in the unit as well. Biggest decisions all week were deciding on where to go for dinner as there are plenty of options in the area. I highly suggest Mimmo's. It was hands down the best meal I had all week. Worst part was having to pack up and leave.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025This condo is stunning. Perfect beach and ocean views - we saw dolphins from the balcony multiple times! Love having the chair setup and beach access steps away. Our hosts were very accommodating and communicated quickly with any questions we had.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024Perfect location close to the beach and restaurants. Target and Winn Dixie for any supplies and groceries across the main road. Lots of amenities on the property including heated pool, sauna, gym, and tennis courts. Responsive communication with our host, Mike, ensured an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this getaway location!

Stayed Jul 2, 2024Two queens beds instead of full size was nice. Liked the big kitchen for all of our snacks! Nice location in condo (couldn’t hear elevator traffic). It was also nice that hosts provided plenty of trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Having the chairs and umbrella set up for us every day before we got to the beach made it so easy on us parents to set up for the day.
