The kitchen opens into the main living area, where large sliding glass doors open to the beach and gorgeous views. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and built-in closets, and has its own en-suite bathroom, which doubles as a powder room thanks to its smart Jack-and-Jill layout. The second bedroom contains two twin-sized beds (which can be combined and topped with an overlay so as to make one larger bed), its own en-suite bathroom, and built-in closets. The home also comes with a private laundry room right outside your door and shared with only one other condo.
This home is in a very private 8-unit development, and features a beautiful pool with lounge chairs and common area. There is also a great outdoor grilling area available to all guests, and a covered area for lounging near an outdoor fireplace.

This condo is also within walking distance to all of the great Potrero and Surfside area restaurants! Playa Potrero is a charming 1950’s-era beach town that has plenty of restaurants, bars, groceries, fruit stands, beachclubs, hair and nail salons, and medical and dental services.
