Wonderful location with an outstanding view. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Loved the quiet privacy of an end unit, top floor and amenities. Would definitely stay again.

What a charming and beautiful condo! I stayed here for 5 days for my son's baseball tournament, and I can't say enough about this place. GREAT communication from Renee from start to finish. It's clean, cozy, has all of the essentials, and the bed is super comfy. My favorite part was waking up stunning ocean views. Amazing. If I am ever back in Jacksonville Beach, I am booking here again ;)

Beautiful View!This condo is definitely a 5! The view of the ocean is gorgeous. Great location. Quiet area. Clean. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of nice quality towels (bath, kitchen, and beach). Luggage racks. Big washer and dryer. Comfortable beds. TVs in both bedrooms. Night lights. Tissues. Liquid hand soap. Basic toiletries. Bathmat for inside the tub. Nice showers. Ceiling fans throughout. Row of hooks in entry. Laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, paper towels. Plenty of lights. All light switches/fan switches labeled. Nice high-seat patio furniture. Renee was great to communicate with. We look forward to booking again.

Our rental was great with an awesome view. Everything was close by and easy to get to. Our host amazing. She provided us with so much information before we got there and also in our rental! Highly recommend!

Condo was perfect for our quickly family get away! Hosts and property manager were great in allowing flexibility in checkout as we waited to find out if our plane was canceled due to weather. Highly recommend!

My stay in Jacksonville was enhanced by the convenient location and beautiful view from this condo, which was clean, comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated! Communication with Renee was excellent and I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to the Jacksonville Beach area.

We had a great stay! Wonderful location with quick walk to pier and restaurants - Renee was great to work with and very responsive to questions. The weather was fantastic in sunny Jacksonville - great trip!

The property was exceptionally clean, offered stunning views, and was situated in an excellent location. The check-in process was streamlined and hassle-free. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay.

Property is just as advertised and is very well kept for its age. Check in was easy. Inside was very clean and everything was in newish or good condition. The property manager (Renee) was responsive and very helpful. The location is fabulous, very close to the beach and great views. There were some chairs and toys. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Loved the location and the place. It was perfect for a long weekend on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and as much, or as little, night-life as you want.

Perfect, adorable condo! We enjoyed every minute on the beautiful porch overlooking the fabulous beach! It’s a great location to many good restaurants. Definitely recommend and look forward to another stay myself!

We love this building. As soon as you walk in all you see is ocean. This condo looks just like the photos. Very clean and organized. Nice towels and bedding. The furniture is very nice. Plenty of garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, oh and kleenexes! Check in was excellent. Check out was great, not a lot of jobs. Getting on the beach is a snap. Parking is great especially the gated garage. Grounds are very well kept. The pool rocks! Very nice neighborhood. Communication was spot on. We've rented at several other places in Jax Beach, but this really is the place to stay.

Toilet paper needs to be 2 ply instead of flimsy one ply-cheap. 2 bars of soap needed in each bathroom… one for sink and one for shower. The soap in pumper bottle was clogged with old brown gunk. Yuk.

Family was in town for a wedding at Casa Marina. We chose this unit so we could spend time together before and after event vs everyone being in separate room. We also brought some grocery’s and were able to have breakfast and lunch in the condo. Very good location. Plenty of room.

My kids never wanted to leave! They loved the beach right outside as well as the little pool on the property. Next time, we will try and stay a whole week!Property manager was so nice and accommodating.

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. The view was excellent. We got to see the lunar eclipse and it was breathtaking from the balcony as the light sparkled on the ocean water at night. Would definitely return.

We chose this property because it was a great view on the ocean, and because it was near the mayo clinic. My husband donated a kidney to his sister, and we stayed here for his first week of recovery. Wonderful location, great property manager, and exactly what we wanted! Would definitely stay here again.

Great lovely well cation. Unit was spotless and Well-furnished. The view of the ocean was magnificent. Renee was great. We live only 5-6 miles away and will look for an excuse to come back.
