Amazing 3 BR 3 B Beachfront Unit - Indoor/Outdoor Pool and Tons of Amenities!

Condo was clean and updated. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were extremely responsive. Ocean and bay views were beautiful. Actual condo property outdated and needs reface, dirty blue carpeting needs updates.

This property was excellent and probably the best VRBO type property we have stayed at. The unit looked like it had been renovated last week and was very clean and modern with updated appliances and fixtures. Nice views and bedrooms for three couples with 3 baths. Our host was very responsive to our inquiries. I strongly recommend this property for a group if 6 to 8 visitors.

The 4th floor was great so we could take the stairs for exercise, we have stayed here 20 years ago(Golden Sands) when our children were young and thought a bit of nostalga would be nice this year and stay agian.

The beds were way too soft for all of us. It was in a nice location. On our 2nd day the one toilet broke and the management was notified. But unfortunately was not fixed by the time we left.

Great information from our host. Able to get into unit with no issues. Also was provided information foarva linen service, I used the service and they were great. Unit was as described. Clean, well appointed. I would book again

He condo was beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay. Weren’t as happy with the pool area. Looking out to the ocean through the white fence was not as nice.

The condo worked well for us. The furniture in the main living area really needs to be cleaned. There was also a prong stuck in one of the outlets, we turned the electricity off to get it out. We tried to fix the trash drawer because if you are not paying attention when you pull it out it falls on your foot.

Everything was exactly as it was described on the website. We were very satisfied with the property and the amenities.

The living room and 2 bedrooms were decent size.*4th floor is still doable to use the stairs as needed. *It was great that all bedrooms had their own bath. *The kitchen was pretty well stocked...but for a 3 bedroom they could have more normal coffee cups. There were 5 that looked like soup cups and then some real small coffee cups that you could not use with the Keurig because they would overflow on the smallest setting of 8oz. This means we would need to hand wash the cups out everyday. Bring your own disposable cups!*We had a faulty smoke alarm that kept going off at bedtime that we could not get it to stop going off even when removing the battery. I had to call the emergency number and they were very quick to respond and let us know what to do and they came the next day to replace it.Cons: ** My biggest issue with this unit is that it did not have a second deadbolt that I could secure from the inside. That made me very uneasy since the cleaners, laundry people, maintenance people and who else for all I know all have the code to the unit. It doesn’t matter that they are ‘trusted partners’ or that ‘all in/outs are recorded’...there should be a 2nd deadbolt so no one can enter when we are in the unit. This is especially true when there are children in the unit. This did not make me feel safe at all.*Some outlets would intermittently not work which made it hard to charge phones.*There were no supplies such as screwdriver, extra batteries, tape, hammer etc if needed to repair things on your own.* I’m guessing the button to the left of the sink was the garbage disposal which did not work

My family of 7 including adult children stayed here early June. Everything was as described. The oceanfront balcony and the Bayside balcony were great to sit at either to watch sunrises or sunsets. The amenities are awesome and it almost reminds you of a smaller resort. We used the fitness center, the sauna, and the activities outside. We had drinks at the tiki bar, swam in the refreshing pool and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The unit is spacious, clean, and properly stocked.

Family summer beach trip. Lots of space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Easy check in and check out. Loved being so close to the beach, having two pools to pick from and the bar/restaurant was perfect for lunch breaks. Location is excellent as well, lots of great restaurants a short drive away. Great trip!

The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures and the ocean view was great. My only comment is I wish we could check in earlier. Overall it really was an awesome clean space.

We were in town for a music festival. This place was perfect for us and the 2 other couples we traveled with.

Grapes & cookie crumbs under loveseat.A.C. sounds like a truck starting rear bedroom ac was very poor. On check in our $75 parking space was occupied until 4:35 which after a 6 hr drive was aggravating. Had an unexpected fire drill.No Gus coffee shack.

Our weekend was very relaxing. The condo was perfect. The only negative was that it was a little too far from everything but still wasnt a deal breaker! I plan to rent again for my family next summer!

Condo is lovely, good size for a family. Unit was cleaned upon arrival. Coffee pot does not work. Coffee pods side did work. Furniture on the deck is the worst ever. Hard and uncomfortable. There are SERIOUS issues with the Saturday check out/check in process. The elevators for a 22+floor building are literally shut down for 3 hours. People climbing stairs with luggage and carts. Elderly people struggling to get to their units. If you are a guest on the beach and need to get to your unit you can’t without accessing the dirty, smelly stairs. People with any physical liabilities are out of luck! An ADA nightmare for sure. For that reason, and that reason alone we will never return.
