Stayed Dec 4, 2023We enjoyed the property. The location met our needs perfectly. One down side was the lack of elevators for moving into the unit. 3 floors up, carting clothing and our other supplies for a 4 month stay. We communicated regularly with the owner, who responded quickly to any questions, followed by rapid resolution of issues. The overall size of the unit was very generous. Cleanliness, upon moving in, could /should be improved. The kitchen, bathroom, and cleaning supplies in the unit were the best, most comprehensive, we have seen in the mutliple units in which we have stayed. The heating/cooling system worked to perfection. Parking proved to be very close to the unit with many available spaces.

Stayed Mar 11, 2019My husband and son stayed at this beautiful property during the Phillies Spring Training week. They said the property was clean and actually just as discribed. I had the pleasure of corresponding with Steve throughout the rental process. He replied to my emails quickly and was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Stayed Mar 6, 2019This unit was nicely furnished And very clean. The location was great for spring Training with the Yankees, Philadelphia and Toronto all within a 30 minute drive. 15 minutes to the beach and Clearwater Restaurants. Also near the much quieter Dunedin area. Only downside was the lack of a balcony. Still we would stay there again.

Stayed Feb 5, 2019Very nice condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to many stores and attractions. We really appreciated the secure gated entrance as we were vacationing as a girls trip. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. It was a nice bonus to have a free car wash station right on the property. After many trips to the beach it was nice to vacuum the rental car prior to returning it. Great place to stay. Would love o return one day!

Stayed Jan 28, 2019Had a lovely time celebrating with family. The property was perfect for our stay and close enough to beaches, grocery stores etc. With easy access to major roads. We especially liked the walking path which allowed us to walk daily and enjoy the beautiful views of Tampa Bay. And if I had any questions Steve was quick to respond. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
