The Space:

It’s bluebird mornings and fresh powder under your skis, followed by quiet evenings warming up beside the gas fireplace. Step outside and you’re moments from Merlin’s Run, with ski access from this Woodrun Lodge condo on Blackcomb Mountain. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the heated outdoor pool or soak in the hot tub before settling in for a relaxed night indoors.



Living area

Large picture windows fill the open-concept living space with natural light, overlooking the pool area below. Gather around the indoor fireplace, stream a movie on the TV, or step onto the private balcony to take in the crisp mountain air. A dedicated workspace offers a convenient spot to catch up on emails if needed.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals between ski runs, with ample counter space and everything you need to cook comfortably. Share breakfast at the dining table for eight or enjoy a quiet coffee before heading out for the day.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, sitting area, and step-out balcony. Its ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and a deep tub with overhead shower.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and closet space.

The den includes a double bed and a twin bed. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space.

A second bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.

Enjoy ski access, a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, elevator access, and secure shared ski and bike storage (locks required). Additional comforts include in-suite laundry, a private entrance, free parking garage, and front desk staff available for check-in support during the day.



Neighborhood

Located on Blackcomb Mountain, you’re close to the Upper Village shops and dining, with easy access to Whistler Village by foot or shuttle. In winter, the focus is simple - ski, soak, relax, repeat.



Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.



Getting Around:

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 2-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

• Construction Notice: Please note that neighbouring units will be undergoing renovations from May 1 to June 30. Guests may experience noise on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM due to construction activity, including the use of power tools. If you have any questions or would like more details before booking, please contact our team. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to reflect the potential disruptions.

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• The den does not have windows.

• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

    We had a great week at the wood run condos. The property has great ski in ski out access with lockers on the main floor level. Underground parking was nice and easy to access. Easy access to walk down the hill and get to the village. Unit was clean and as advertised with decent cookware. The hot tub was our only issue as it was broken for 3 days with no heat and fully closed. Then at the end of the week the jets stopped working. According to some of the time share owners this is a common occurance and the system is under sized and very old. They were hopeful the system would be updated in the next year.

    The location was awesome, just a walk down the hill to town. Very well equipped with all the necessities. Needed A/C, fans were not sufficient. Two of the three beds were extremely hard. Memory foam toppers, or bed replacements would help. Hot tub was only available one of the 5 days we were there. The pool was really nicely heated with a great pool deck and furniture. Would not stay again due to the uncomfortable beds and lack of A/C or cooling ability.

    Our party of 4 highschool buddies had a great stay. A nice 10 min walk to the village, we encountered 3 bears! Very chill. 2 of our rooms were a bit warm at night, but a good stay all the same.

    Spa rules were not clear. Open at 10:00am was a disappointment, no music at spa was a disappointment, trash can was full. When you advertise having the largest spa in Whistler you would expect it to be a signature feature. Fell short due to restrictions and hours of operation.
