Stayed Mar 29, 2025Hands down it was a great vacation week. For it being our first family vacation with 2 littles it had everything we needed plus more! It was so close to everything and they had a cute coffee shop right in front of building A that just opened which was super fun to go to. It was awesome to walk across the street to go to beach and the condo was amazing! So clean and had such beautiful decor! Would definitely visit again. The host was great with responsing! Definitely recommend staying at this place.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969There was an atmospheric warmth here and so much attention to detail. The provided beach chairs and floaties were a fantastic add on, along with high quality beach towels. The beds were amazing and pillows and linens super comfy. The private beach area was somewhat confusing but we finally figured out, it was the small strip between the cones as you come down the stairs. However the public beach was steps away from that with plenty of room to spread out. The Wi-Fi was super fast and the binder covered all the questions one might have, for the owner. Everything you really need is here. And I was surprised at the range of spices, cookware and thoughtful things left, even honey for our tea. We plan to be back and could not be more pleased. The condo buildings are older but very clean and elevators were timely and well maintained. The condo itself did not feel like it was older, it was fresh, updated and so spacious but cozy with the decor. Lovely stay all around!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Upon arriving at the condo it was a little hard to spot signage due to the beautiful landscape. After passing up the entrance we found it after turning around. We arrived to a clean property with lots of parking near entrance of building. The buildings are dated but seem to be well kept. Carts are provided to transport luggage, which was a welcome surprise. Upon entering our unit we found it to be well designed and in good repair. The rooms were spacious and clean as were both of the bathrooms. Our unit has a balcony over looking the pool and tennis courts. Access to the beach was across the street from the two buildings with it’s own private entrance. It’s wasn’t far but I suggest bringing something to transport your gear to the beach. Not having a washer and dryer was the only disappointing feature. However there is a common washer and dryer for the floor was located right outside of the entrance. Bring lots of quarters in case the credit card readers are out of service, as was our case for our stay. In closing we were very satisfied with the unit and enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this particular unit if you plan on visiting Destin Fl.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This condo was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. It was clean, well-decorated, and had everything we could've ever needed for the beach. We hope to be back again next year!
