The condo was well equipped, clean and very conveniently located.

The condo was everything and more. Situated at the back of the small complex with beautiful views of the lake and wildlife from the screened in porch. The beds were so comfortable and there was everything you could need and more. We will definitely be back!

We've stayed here a couple of times. Its always easy, great location, great hosts to work with. Everything you need.

The property was perfect for a long weekend. Within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.

2 retired women who are celebrating 50 years of friendship this year enjoyed a week at Amelia Island. The property we chose was everything we anticipated it to be. The pictures were accurate. The estimated walking distance to nearby places was accurate. The nature surrounding the property made it so serene and beautiful. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay!

Quiet complex in a great location with easy access to beach, amenities, etc.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo, it had everything we needed. The screened in patio was one of my favorite parts, so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect - we easily walked to the beach, Sliders, Putt-Putt, and Starbucks. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable and Scott and April were easy to work with. We hope to be back next year!

The property was very clean , bed comfortable and screened porch looking over a pond wonderful!! We could walk to beach, restaurants, drug store and nature trails. A very quiet place as well. Would come back !!

we are older can't see good. Had hard time seeing at night to find the place after that was good. Wife likes cotton sheets instead of poly. I didn't notice. Neither of us like the fluffy comferter covers, They have those in all the holels. Its a contect for every place to stay to have one. Do people have these at home. To hot and we dont keep it real cool at night mabye 71 deg so a quilt works better for us. Just a bit musty when we first got there but never noticed it after that. Same issue in my house sometimes. We would definatly come again. I put a three on the check in process. I dont even know / cant remember if we check in . They were very helpfull sending us itinary for the day. That got down time in time to see what we wanted us to see.

The location is perfect, close to the ocean and to the cute little city area. The condo is clean, well appointed, and the perfect size for three people. The living room furniture is inviting and comfortable, and the hosts are very easy to communicate with. We hope this space is available the next time we are in town!

Our Hosts, Scott and April knocked it out of the park! Our VRBO had everything a group would need and want! Close to the beach, great restaurants, and reasonably priced! We will be back!!

So peace and tranquil sitting each morning on the screen porch overlooking the lagoon. Observed an alligator sunning on the bank, convenient to shopping and eateries, great for visiting with family. We have stayed here before and will again.

Maybe a 15 min walk to beach from the door of the condo. This 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo was very nice and very clean. Enjoyed the stay.

We have stayed at Amelia Landings many times, and this condo is one of the best we have stayed in. It had everything we needed, the furniture was comfortable, and the view from the screened porch was the best. We will definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I so enjoyed staying at this little piece of paradise! Very peaceful place! The condo was so clean and the owners thought of everything! The little extra touches were amazing! The beach access is walkable, but we drove to various access points. I would highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your special place with us!

This place is great. We will definitely be staying here again at everything we need and very affordable. The neighborhood is super quiet and easy access to everything around definitely walking distance.

We had a great week!! The hosts thought of everything to make us feel at home. All of the beach gear appeared new, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the condo was sparkling clean. We had everything that we needed for our stay. They also responded quickly to questions we had and offered recommendations for things to do. This is a great location and is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

I live about 2 hours from Fernandina Beach, and I was very pleased, with this property and the pool and how close it was to the beach. Very nice, Exceptional location. I would recommend this property to others to rent as well, I had a great stay, ty Linda
