Stayed May 30, 2025Really nice place, but owner wanted thermostat to stay at 77 degrees. Did get a little warm inside. Besides that it was a really good experience

Stayed Feb 17, 2024Great views of the river. Nice to have 3 bathrooms. Can hear all outside noises, would be worse in-season due to more people. Vertical blinds didn’t work hardly at all. Needs better mattresses & pillows. Paint touch up especially on trim. Towels needs a vinegar soak, I think people left them wet and now have moldy smell. One bedroom fan had thick dust on the blades. Dead cockroaches under loveseat cushions, contacted owner who apologized but didn’t offer to come clean. Generally I guess we got what we paid for, cheap for Grafton.

Stayed Jul 14, 2020The condo we stayed in was extremely well kept and it had everything we needed. The pool area was also very nice and the staff could not have been more helpful. My wife and I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 18, 2020No complaints from our group. Boated in front up north and rented a slip at the harbor and stayed here. Condo was clean and nice. Would stay again

Stayed May 15, 2025Wonderful condo in the perfect location. Spotlessly clean!! Amazing view!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only thing that could improve...the mattresses(they slope to the middle), and the air conditioning upstairs(was a bit warm). Those things would not keep us from booking another stay.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Open Arrival, there was another couple in our condo; We called the property manager many times. Finally, called the VRBO line and decided to request a refund and return to our home. Marica from VRBO was amazing.
