Grafton Getaway-Cabin on 2 wooded acres just 1/2 mile from Main Street

Home was very nice and clean. We enjoyed all the games and activities on the property I.e. bags, frisbee golf, connect 4, scrabble. Very close to Main Street and local restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

The best place ever

We really enjoyed out time here. The cabin is clean and quiet and the host is extremely friendly and helpful!

This house is a old house that was polished up. The activities for the kids were great! We enjoyed the rope course, record player, and board games. I would recommend getting a new master bed that is king sized. The bed in the master was very small and not comfortable at all. Overall the kids really enjoyed the house with all the activities.

One of the best host we have had, and the Covid was very clean with plenty of activities to keep you entertained.

Brandon was very gracious. The house was fantastic. It was the most comfortable place we have ever stayed in.

The property was amazing. My girlfriends and I had an absolute blast!Brandon is extremely communicative which was greatly appreciated. Loved the fact that the kitchen was well stocked with necessities; there were individually wrapped toothbrushes just in case which I thought was very thoughtful!We are definitely looking forward to staying at one of his other properties in the future!

House is very well stocked w/ verything you need down to a new tooth brush if you forgot yours. They are very welcomeing and make sure you have what you need and are comfortable.

Perfect getaway and they’ve thought of everything!

If you want to get off the grid, but still have plenty of family fun at your fingertips, while at the same time being close to all the attractions of Grafton, this is your spot. There’s little or no cell connectivity at the property, but the free WiFi worked flawlessly. The host was also always readily available if we had any questions. We will very definitely be working with this host again.

Enjoy sitting outside on patio with family. Plenty of seating for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. Definitely would come back and stay again.

This was my 2nd time staying here and it won't be the last! Amazing Property and very clean! Lots to do outside and a short way to downtown Grafton. We enjoyed celebrating a friend's retirement.

We needed a place for the family to be all together for a graduation. Staying in hotels, you do not get to be together. This is a fantastic house with lots to do outside. Even though we booked last minute, the owner made sure it was ready to go for us. We will be coming back and staying again to explore the town...with just us adults and no teens. :)

The location was convenient to town and we used the car ferry to St Charles.

Getting away to the Grafton Getaway was really good for our souls. The host, Brandon, communicates well and they have thought of everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable including free toothbrushes, coffee pods, and sound machines in every bedroom! The front porch with the swing and babbling brook below is a little slice of heaven even though we had quite a lot of rain during our stay. Had dinner and drinks out at Grafton Pub, 3rd Chute, and the Oyster Bar which are all within a mile of the cabin. We will most definitely be back when we want to experience Grafton and the peacefulness this property affords. I can see why guests have rated this place 5 stars. If I could give it more, I would!

My husband and I had an amazing stay in your beautiful cabin. The cabin gave you a feeling of being right at home. We went to town to the Grafton Pub for dinner, then hit the Martini Bar. Afterwards came back and enjoyed playing Foosball and listening to the great collection of music. The bed was really comfortable and thanks for the abundance of extra blankets provided. In the morning, my husband prepared a wonderful breakfast. We then headed out for some eagle watching. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property! We would definitely recommend your cabin to friends and family.

We had a super quick stay and cannot wait to come back. The cabin is amazing—so much to do inside and out. It was clean and comfy, great layout. The communications for renting were super smooth. We can’t wait to come back and spend more time to fully enjoy the space—especially what the outdoor adventures hold!

Wonderful property with great access to Grafton. The perfect little getaway spot. We plan on coming again with our kids in the future.

First of all Brandon was amazing we had snow and he cleared the area so my guest didn't have any issues parking. The cabin was perfect for my ladies PJ party. His cabin had everything that you might had forgotten to bring for the overnight sleepover.

Loved the house; great vibe; very relaxing; great place to meet our out of town family to celebrate Christmas. While I absolutely loved the yard, the weather was rainy and cold so we really couldn't enjoy it. I was getting over a horrible cold so a lot of time was spent indoors, a real torture, watching movies on the comfy couch by the fireplace, or we played games - Scrabble, Jenga - while listening to Fleetwood Mac on the record player; great record selection. Was wishing the decorative guitar was playable though, lol. Ordered food in from Grafton Oyster Bar and ate in the comfortable kitchen. Doggos loved the property too and they had room to roam. The yard is crazy cool for kids. This is the coziest house we've ever stayed at. Pere Marquette State Park is a 5 minute drive away with a drivable tour (check out the Eagle Roost Scenic Overlook, gorgeous, you drive up it). Actually, I wish I owned this home; just so incredibly beautiful tucked into the side of a giant hill. And we saw this home when trees were bare, and dealing with rainy weather. I can only imagine full bloom. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back. Host Brandon was super nice, easy to work with and very responsive.

My family loved staying at the cabin. Everything was clean & felt like home. Plenty of extras that made our stay special... games, record player, outdoor activites. Definitely need to stay more than one night next time!

Great stay at Grafton.

The house was great!!! The fun yard items need work. Not all was useable but the yard itself was great. I would definitely recommend the property!!!
