Great location and close proximity to beach and pool. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. Would stay here again.

The location of the property so absolutely perfect. Right by pool, steps to the beach. We selected this room because of the pool view. Although, what was left out was that the pool fencing was under construction. So our view was of construction tarps and a dead palm tree. Back porch had a few bits of trash left behind. In reading the description of the property, it’s advertised that there are two beach chairs. Well there are but you can’t use them on the beach. If you want a chair you are required to pay 50 a day for the property’s chairs. The condo is very spacious, kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds, and lots of closets. The decor needs to be updated and many of the fixtures are loose and one towel holder completely came off the wall. Bottom line, location is everything just needs a little updating.

The placement of the condo for access to the pool and beach was great. We were very disappointed with the inaccuracy of the listing which stated 2 complementary beach chairs and umbrella were included only to find out at the beach service station this was NOT true. I contacted guest services multiple times and shared the listing that shows this as included. We were not reimbursed for the expense of having to rent the beach chairs and umbrella. So if you are expecting these in your condo rental to be included be prepared to pay for them instead at $45 per day. It’s false advertising and I would have elected to stay elsewhere had the listing been accurate.

We had a concerning experience. . I need to speak to the southern rental's broker asap regarding my stay and some significant concerns that they need to be made aware of. I have left my number with this company’s property management team and sales team and I still have not had a return call or been given the broker's contact.

Condo needs a bit updating,bathrooms desperately overall the beach is where it’s at.

The location of the property and the amenities were just what we were looking for. It’s right on the beach and steps away from the pool. Perfect for a young family.

Location - location - location. 2-minute walk to the Gulf with a fabulous beach. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Perhaps a bit worn out but definitely a great space to spend a vacation.

Everything was as expected. The condo was clean and ready. It met all our expectations. I would stay here again.

Already looking into booking for next summer! Property was great and the location was perfect for our family. It was quiet, not overly crowded, and the condo itself was so spacious! We did have to contact Property Management a couple times for things out of their control (ST Fred update and breaker box location when the bathroom breaker tripped) and they were extremely helpful! We will be back.
